The two-story great room in this 6,300 square foot custom home by Orlando Custom Home Builder Jorge Ulibarri opens to the kitchen and draws the eye upwards to a soaring fireplace with an 8-foot high niche made of precast stone. The goal of this project was to create a space that could accommodate a large family of seven who have a love for the finer things in life. This is the third new construction job we have worked hand in hand with these clients and would love to do it all over again! We mixed playful coastal designs with elegant, clean line accents throughout the three stores of this beachfront home in Palm Coast, Florida. Due to the size of the family and the level of activities they enjoy, we were sure to create a space that the children could enjoy themselves with enough distance from the adults. The first floor houses a casual family room with a small kitchen. As you walk up the beautiful spiral stairwell, you have the main floor with a large open kitchen plan, overlooking the living room and beautiful ocean views. Keep climbing the stairs and you will find the breathtaking upper views from the master bedroom and sitting area. Interior Design by Valerie Lee with Anastasia Design Group. A great room for a GREAT family! Many of the furnishings were moved from their former residence- What is new was quickly added by some to the trade resources - I like to custom make pieces but sometimes you just don't have the time to do so- We can quickly outfit your home as well as add the one of a kind pieces we are known for! Notice the walls and ceilings- all gently faux washed with a subtle glaze- it makes a HUGE difference over static flat paint! and Window Treatments really compliment this space- they add that sense of completion

Refreshed design for this 2nd home residence for a New York couple. They wanted a welcoming design where they and their guests will always feel comfortable - even when coming in from the pool in their bathing suits. The color scheme, blues accented with splashes of yellow, sets off the art by Margaret Juul. Seashells and natural coral add the beach vibe.

This family room at Deja View Villa, a Caribbean Vacation Rental in St. John USVI is a fantastic multi purpose room! Seven can sleep in this luxurious bunk room that doubles as a family room and media room. It features five Twin XL bunks and one King bunk on the right side. Color is the design theme of this room with the 17' long Italian blue leather sectional sofa, Caribbean blue pool table, orange curtains, Louisiana tongue and groove cypress on the ceiling and lime green walls. Motion sensor blue lights are under each step with two bunk stair cases and led lights illuminate the custom beach pictures in each bunk.
