This is a view from the entry into the Family Room. The back portion of the room is the small addition at the rear of the home. The media center creates a focal point while not distracting us from the view or the fireplace.

The great room and kitchen feature an open layout concept. The modern vernacular is further expressed through simple and clean lines and wall-to-wall glass on the waterside.

A double-deck house in Tampa, Florida with a garden and swimming pool is currently under construction. The owner's idea was to create a monochrome interior in gray tones. We added turquoise and beige colors to soften it. For the floors we designed wooden parquet in the shade of oak wood. The built in bio fireplace is a symbol of the home sweet home feel. We used many textiles, mainly curtains and carpets, to make the family space more cosy. The dining area is dominated by a beautiful chandelier with crystal balls from the US store Restoration Hardware and to it wall lamps next to fireplace in the same set. The center of the living area creates comfortable sofa, elegantly complemented by the design side glass tables with recessed wooden branche, also from Restoration Hardware There is also a built-in library with backlight, which fills the unused space next to door. The whole house is lit by lots of led strips in the ceiling. I believe we have created beautiful, luxurious and elegant living for the young family :-)

The Kelso's Family Room is a vibrant and lively space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The black windows add a sleek and modern touch to the room, while the blue animal rug and artwork infuse the space with pops of color and personality. With a designated game room area, it offers endless fun and enjoyment for the whole family. The pool table becomes a focal point of the room, inviting friendly competition and recreation. The large round mirror not only serves as a decorative element but also helps create an illusion of space and adds depth to the room. The white bar stools provide comfortable seating and a casual spot for socializing and enjoying drinks or snacks. The white baseboard and window trim add a clean and crisp look, complementing the overall design scheme. The Kelso's Family Room is a versatile and inviting space where family and friends can come together to relax, play games, and create lasting memories.

A Dark and compartmentalized condo unit, within a historic pre-war era building, was given a sun-lit facelift by opening the unit’s interior and creating an open plan. The challenge was to provide wide open living spaces while retaining elements of the original character.

This project started off with just a fireplace and a wall. The client wanted custom built-ins surrounding the fireplace as well as having the TV section boxed in. We created two built-ins with three adjustable shelves, shaker doors, modern crown molding, and finished the project in a super white satin finish. This project is ready for the fire and football weekend!

This new house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood developed in the 1920’s, that is in transition, with new larger homes replacing the original modest-sized homes. The house is designed to be harmonious with its traditional neighbors, with divided lite windows, and hip roofs. The roofline of the shingled house steps down with the sloping property, keeping the house in scale with the neighborhood. The interior of the great room is oriented around a massive double-sided chimney, and opens to the south to an outdoor stone terrace and garden. Photo by: Nat Rea Photography

This traditional home was updated with a full interior makeover. Soft gray paint was used throughout with coordinating tile and flooring. Modern light fixtures and hardware completed the new look.
