Project Battersea was all about creating a muted colour scheme but embracing bold accents to create tranquil Scandi design. The clients wanted to incorporate storage but still allow the apartment to feel bright and airy, we created a stunning bespoke TV unit for the clients for all of their book and another bespoke wardrobe in the guest bedroom. We created a space that was inviting and calming to be in.

This nice large new hallway now leads through to an extended open-plan kitchen/living room which is bright and inviting. We also included a new utility room on the side of the house. As part of the new hallway, we added full understairs pullout storage, and flexible freestanding storage and renovated the existing stairs with new carpet and handrails. We also added this beautiful black frame oversized door with a side window to get some of the light from the back into the hallway itself.

Ein großzügiger Eingangsbereich mit ausreichend Stauraum heißt die Bewohner des Hauses und ihre Gäste herzlich willkommen. Der Eingangsbereich ist in grau-beige Tönen gehalten. Im Bereich des Windfangs sind Steinfliesen mit getrommelten Kanten verlegt, die in den Vinylboden übergehen, der im restlichen Wohnraum verlegt ist.

Old staircase gone, hello to the minimal modern upgrade. Black metal handrail to match the crittall doors on the ground floor. We added an additional step to make the steps more comfortable. Double steel glazed doors add openness and light into the otherwise dark hallway and entry.
