The classy and upscale appeal of European stucco will never go out of style. Embellished with fieldstone accents, the Finley’s façade is as welcoming as it is eye-catching. But the real treat is inside…with a floor plan that is sure to please! The master suite was designed to be a true haven for its resident. Its private sitting room is an extension of the suite, with dimensions generous enough to house plenty of furniture or exercise equipment. Unlike many of its one-level counterparts, the Finley has two living rooms: one serving as the home’s focal point and one adjoining the breakfast area for informal gatherings.

Home office that doubles as a guest room. We selected a neutral tone sleeper sofa with mid century lines and tweed from Lee Industries for this home office. The wall to the left of the barn door is only 38 inches deep, limiting our selection for sofas. We chose a tight back sofa, so the seat depth would not be compromised for comfort. We kept the sofa neutral, adding the pops of colors with a mix of custom pillows and off the shelf store selections. Room gets bolt of color from Farrow and Ball's fabulous Charlotte's Locks. Eames chair with Eames stool were purchasing from a prior renovation, but so classic and timeless work perfectly in this small office.

A living room filled with artistic detail. We kept the design clean and clutter-free but still filled with a feeling of great art and culture. Burnt orange walls are complemented by the contemporary lines of the furniture and simplicity of the unique art pieces. One of our favorite elements is the antique iron chair and sleek Oriental-styled lighting.

Home office design. Previously a blank slate room: beige carpet and walls. Used client's existing desk and repurposed her antique lingerie chest for office supply storage. About half of the wall art was already owned by the client, but we reframed some pieces and added some. Picked up the rug, corner chair, side table, lamp, and small decor pieces from auctions and estate sales for pennies on the dollar. Client painted the accent wall herself, to save costs. Flooring was done in LVP as a whole-home re-flooring job at the start of the condo renovation, during which all flooring throughout the home was replaced with LVP except in bedrooms. Cost for materials, furniture, and decor purchased for this room was under $750; with flooring cost for this space added, it would be approximately $2,000 all in.

This home showcases a joyful palette with printed upholstery, bright pops of color, and unexpected design elements.
