A custom pink vanity and makeup area, fun, blue-pattered tile, a crisp white shower, pops of brass throughout the lighting, fixtures, and accessories make this the perfect kid's bathroom.

We were given the task of taking a bathroom that hadn't been updated since the house was built in the 1970's and turning it into a bathroom that the 3 kids would be happy in and to get them out of the master bathroom that we had recently completed.

This 1974 kids’ bath had no natural light, little storage and was cramped with a layout in the typical of the 1970’s. It was definitely time for an update; one that included expanding the space. Adding 5’ to the width, gave enough room for the shower and tub to be separated, a water closet that also included a floor-to-ceiling linen closet and an extra-long vanity with double sinks that included increased storage drawers. This girl's bath went from old & flowery to sleek & contemporary. By adding a double vanity, walk in shower, a shower tower, and marble tile, the room was updated to a contemporary space these teens could enjoy.

In this whole house remodel all the bathrooms were refreshed. The guest and kids bath both received a new tub, tile surround and shower doors. The vanities were upgraded for more storage. Taj Mahal Quartzite was used for the counter tops. The guest bath has an interesting shaded tile with a Moroccan lamp inspired accent tile. This created a sophisticated guest bathroom. The kids bath has clean white x-large subway tiles with a fun penny tile stripe.

Maximizing the potential of a compact space, the design seamlessly incorporates all essential elements without sacrificing style. The use of micro cement on every wall, complemented by distinctive kit-kat tiles, introduces a wealth of textures, transforming the room into a functional yet visually dynamic wet room. The brushed nickel fixtures provide a striking contrast to the predominantly light and neutral color palette, adding an extra layer of sophistication.
