This solid home in Auckland’s St Mary’s Bay is one of the oldest in Auckland. It is said to have been built by a sea captain, constructed from the bricks he had brought from England as a ballast in his ship. The Modern-Style Kitchen Includes Italian custom-made cabinetry, electrically operated, new custom-made pantries, granite backsplash, wood flooring and granite countertops. The kitchen island combined exotic quartzite and accent wood countertops. Appliances included: built-in refrigerator with custom hand painted glass panel, wolf appliances, and amazing Italian Terzani chandelier.
This beautiful kitchen combines shaker style painted MDF cabinets with frosted glass cabinet doors and matte finish walnut veneer. Kitchen island serves a double purpose as a dinning table, which is illuminated by pendant lighting suspended from walnut veneer dropped ceiling with LED light around the perimeter. The space features a wine rack, LeMan II corner organizer and a custom build pantry. Pantry has a combination of open and closed shelving and Aventos mechanisms for the middle section.
Kitchen was designed by a leading architectural firms in U.S. Custom, hand brushed finish, cabinet doors with continuous pulls. Heavy Gage stainless steel counter tops were made to match cabinets and appliances.
Highly customized space includes front loading washer and dryer, to fit home owners' life style and daily, kitchen needs.
