Kruger Residence

This beautiful ocean view, modern front courtyard, entertaining space, went through a complete transformation. The owners wanted to take their old school beach style front yard and turn it into a more private area for entertaining. A gated courtyard was added to make the front yard space more private and reduce access from street foot traffic, along with a fire bowl, built-in bench seating, fountain and and edible garden. the courtyard was designed around an existing concrete patio - all other hardscape is new.
