Rochman Design-Build Inc.
In this project the Rochman Design Build team renovated an old 2 story, farmhouse-styled home nestled among mature trees in the Water Hill neighborhood of Ann Arbor. The major renovation of the project happened on the 2nd floor with a complete overhaul of the space including an addition. What was a small room and kitchenette is now a spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment where our clients can gather and entertain family and friends.
Monumental Contractors
Custom built barn door for the newly built laundry space space. We tied in the tile from the bathroom to the floor of the laundry room.

Sutton Signature from the Modin Rigid LVP Collection: Refined yet natural. A white wire-brush gives the natural wood tone a distinct depth, lending it to a variety of spaces.
Tailored Living of the Emerald Coast
We completed another beautiful white master closet and laundry room this week in Navarre with plenty of storage for all the jackets and sweaters for the fall season. Custom closets are not only personalized to your tastes, but they also create more space in your home. We added a couple hidden laundry hampers to make more room for all the holiday festivities coming up right around the corner. Let us know what you think of this project
Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets
We took all this in stride, and configured the washer and dryer, with a little fancy detailing to fit them into the tight space. We were able to provide access to the rear of the units for installation and venting while still enclosing them for a seamless integration into the room. Next to the “laundry room” we put the closet. The wardrobe is deep enough to accommodate hanging clothes, with room for adjustable shelves for folded items. Additional shelves were installed to the left of the wardrobe, making efficient use of the space between the window and the wardrobe, while allowing maximum light into the room. On the far right, tucked under the spiral staircase, we put the “mudroom.” Here the homeowner can store dog treats and leashes, hats and umbrellas, sunscreen and sunglasses, in handy pull-out bins.
Smith & Smith Kitchens
An elegant way to hide your laundry. While this European laundry takes up less floor space you're not giving away storage, function or style.
