The Bazeley Partnership
A contemporary home design for clients that featured south-facing balconies maximising the sea views, whilst also creating a blend of outdoor and indoor rooms. The spacious and light interior incorporates a central staircase with floating stairs and glazed balustrades.
Revealed wood beams against the white contemporary interior, along with the wood burner, add traditional touches to the home, juxtaposing the old and the new.

We often describe this color palette as Chocolate and Vaniila. The challenge here was to create a comfortable, livable home from 3500 square feet of open space.

The architecture of the space is developed through the addition of ceiling beams, moldings and over-door panels. The introduction of wall sconces draw the eye around the room. The palette, soft buttery tones infused with andulsian greens, and understated furnishings submit and support the quietness of the space. The low-country elegance of the room is further expressed through the use of natural materials, textured fabrics and hand-block prints. A wool/silk area rug underscores the elegance of the room.

Ann Lowengart Interiors
The three-level Mediterranean revival home started as a 1930s summer cottage that expanded downward and upward over time. We used a clean, crisp white wall plaster with bronze hardware throughout the interiors to give the house continuity. A neutral color palette and minimalist furnishings create a sense of calm restraint. Subtle and nuanced textures and variations in tints add visual interest. The stair risers from the living room to the primary suite are hand-painted terra cotta tile in gray and off-white. We used the same tile resource in the kitchen for the island's toe kick.

Open concept living room in an 1890's historical home. A linear gas fireplace surrounded by comfortable, yet elegant lounge seating makes for a cozy space to read or have a cocktail. The original space consisted of 3 small rooms and is now one continuous space.

We added the soffit with arches, floating glass shelves and enclosed storage on each side of the fireplace. Replaced her TV with the new Art led TV. Replaced the wall color that reflects the blues that she loves in her room. Applied soft colored solar shades as window treatment not only to protect her furniture from the sun but to soften the feel in this bright living room
Hogan Interiors
Client wanted to use the space just off the dining area to sit and relax. I arranged for chairs to be re-upholstered with fabric available at Hogan Interiors, the wooden floor compliments the fabric creating a ward comfortable space, added to this was a rug to add comfort and minimise noise levels. Floor lamp created a beautiful space for reading or relaxing near the fire while still in the dining living areas. The shelving allowed for books, and ornaments to be displayed while the closed areas allowed for more private items to be stored.
