Rachel Bailey Garden Design Ltd
A garden for plant lovers was designed for a professional couple in the front (and only) garden of their lower villa conversion. The garden was designed on an angle, taken from the angles of the bay windows of the house, which not only offered depth to the garden, but also connected the garden to the house.
The lawn was replaced by planting beds edged in beautiful clay pavers (Vande Moortel), which were also used to create the patio. The clay pavers toned in perfectly with the existing brick boundary wall and the buff sandstone of the house.
An additional seating area was created looking through the beautifully made metal archway from Made by More. The planting scheme for the existing borders was redesigned to connect with the overall scheme of the garden and were replanted summer 2019 (after these photos were taken).
Rachel Bailey Garden Design Ltd designed the garden and the planting scheme and sourced planted from Macplants.co.uk and Maclarens Nurseries.
The garden was built and planted up by the clients.
