This 1970 original beach home needed a full remodel. All plumbing and electrical, all ceilings and drywall, as well as the bathrooms, kitchen and other cosmetic surfaces. The light grey and blue palate is perfect for this beach cottage. The modern touches and high end finishes compliment the design and balance of this space.

The KitchenworksThe Kitchenworks
Located in the heart of Victoria Park neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this kitchen is a play between clean, transitional shaker style with the edginess of a city loft. There is a crispness brought by the White Painted cabinets and warmth brought through the addition of Natural Walnut highlights. The grey concrete floors and subway-tile clad hood and back-splash ease more industrial elements into the design. The beautiful walnut trim woodwork, striking navy blue island and sleek waterfall counter-top live in harmony with the commanding presence of professional cooking appliances. The warm and storied character of this kitchen is further reinforced by the use of unique floating shelves, which serve as display areas for treasured objects to bring a layer of history and personality to the Kitchen. It is not just a place for cooking, but a place for living, entertaining and loving. Photo by: Matthew Horton

Spanish style upholstered banquete seating in kitchen. A clean, contemporary white palette in this traditional Spanish Style home in Santa Barbara, California. Soft greys, beige, cream colored fabrics, hand knotted rugs and quiet light walls show off the beautiful thick arches between the living room and dining room. Stained wood beams, wrought iron lighting, and carved limestone fireplaces give a soft, comfortable feel for this summer home by the Pacific Ocean. White linen drapes with grass shades give warmth and texture to the great room. The kitchen features glass and white marble mosaic backsplash, white slabs of natural quartzite, and a built in banquet nook. The oak cabinets are lightened by a white wash over the stained wood, and medium brown wood plank flooring througout the home. Project Location: Santa Barbara, California. Project designed by Maraya Interior Design. From their beautiful resort town of Ojai, they serve clients in Montecito, Hope Ranch, Malibu, Westlake and Calabasas, across the tri-county areas of Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles, south to Hidden Hills- north through Solvang and more.

Jim Bishop cabinetry with a Bar Harbor Door and Custom Benjamin Moore "Hepplewhite Ivory" Paint with a chocolate glaze. Accented by beautiful Normandy Granite counter tops. Custom Jelly fish lights make this a very beachy but somewhat traditional kitchen. Very warm and inviting. The Custom glass inserts made a very nice addition to both the living room and the kitchen. She was going for a coastal look with the elegance of a traditional kitchen.

Our fresh take on Mediterranean design for Vicki Gunvalson of the Real Houseives of Orange County included a brand new kitchen remodel with Moroccan influences in a creamy white, worn grey and gilded gold color palette. The matte Spanish white walls are adorned with natural unglazed clay tile from Morocco, the lantern light fixtures with carved wood tassel embellishments are custom, the appliance package includes Thermador, Miele and subzero, upholstered bar stools push up to the custom carved wood island with calacatta marble, succulents were arranged in antique wood dough bowls and all cream white dishes and worn wood accessories were used to soften the ambiance.

This kitchen was designed by senior designer, Jeff Eakley, for a beautiful waterfront home in Rye, NY. The builder was long-time Bilotta partner, Murphy Brothers and architect, Keller/Eaton Architects, P.C. The kitchen features a mix of cabinetry lines: the perimeter is Rutt HandCrafted Cabinetry in a custom “Stone” paint on a stepped door; the island, by Artcraft, is a flat panel Molveno horizontal grain laminate. The backsplash is a stone mosaic which beautifully complements the color of the perimeter cabinets and the stone wall gives the room an overall rustic feel. Designer: Jeff Eakley, Bilotta Kitchens. Thoughtful details abound in this traditionally styled hillside walkout plan. On the main level, a barrel-vaulted ceiling welcomes guests to the foyer with style. The kitchen, great room, and dining room flow together while still maintaining definition thanks to the judicious use of columns. The master suite is located on the main level for convenience. Downstairs is a rec room and two more bedrooms, each with a walk in closet.
