This full home mid-century remodel project is in an affluent community perched on the hills known for its spectacular views of Los Angeles. Our retired clients were returning to sunny Los Angeles from South Carolina. Amidst the pandemic, they embarked on a two-year-long remodel with us - a heartfelt journey to transform their residence into a personalized sanctuary.
Opting for a crisp white interior, we provided the perfect canvas to showcase the couple's legacy art pieces throughout the home. Carefully curating furnishings that complemented rather than competed with their remarkable collection. It's minimalistic and inviting. We created a space where every element resonated with their story, infusing warmth and character into their newly revitalized soulful home.

The previoius vanity and bathroom set up for the primary bedroom was not up to code. This was a full gut bathroom just for the client to love and enjoy! We added an affordable kitchen sink with matte black accessories and hardware. The use of a unique mirror keeps the unique and midcentury flair going! Easy to clean and great for hiding storage as well!

A nod to mid-mod, with dimensional tile and a mix of linear and wavy patterns, this small powder bath was transformed from a dark, closed-in space to an airy escape.

A walnut stained, single-drawer floating vanity features a white quartz counter top, Moen single-lever faucet and an undermount rectangular sink. A brushed metal mirror and a pair of brushed nickel sconces add bling to the naturally textured wall covering and dark wood cabinet. On the wall, an original charcoal drawing is accented by a walnut finish frame.

This full re-do of a tiny powder room uses vivid red-orange wall tile and antique mirror to create a rather glam, 70's vibe. Hexagonal stone floor tiles in a beach-sand tone add to the coastal effect. PDA was excited to see how well our favorite Missoni towel pattern went with the colors and materials here!
