Simple and elegant - a russet-orange stool with brass base complements the brass finishes on this slender writing desk. The man in the framed photo is the legendary Soho George, a stylish figure in his signature checked suit, fedora and bowling shoes. Most fitting for an equally stylish Soho penthouse. Large fern adds botanical warmth, texture and pattern.
My-Studio Ltd
A Victorian renovation where our brief was to increase the number of bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms so that this home worked for a family in West London.
A third floor was added to the loft which became a bedroom with contemporary panelling in keeping with the Victorian architecture and built-in window seat offering a quiet space and amazing views of West London.
We worked closely with our client to achieve a palette of dark, mid and soft greys with accents of oxblood. The materials palette was carefully chosen to add texture using Statuario marble, Kvadrat felt curtains, mohair velvet upholstered sofas and linen bedsheets. The look was finished with matt brass and matt black metal detailing.
Designing bespoke joinery such as walk-in wardrobes, under eaves storge and bathroom vanity maximised storage for this busy family.
Working with our client the final styling elements reference Scandinavian, mid century and a mix of vintage pieces resulting in a unique interior
We project managed the build and all contractors, be careful to secure all required planning and building regulations in this Conservation area.

This basement began as a blank canvas, 100% unfinished. Our clients envisioned a transformative space that would include a spacious living area, a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, and a flexible flex space that could serve as storage, a second bedroom, or an office. To showcase their impressive LEGO collection, a significant section of custom-built display units was a must. Behind the scenes, we oversaw the plumbing rework, installed all-new electrical systems, and expertly concealed the HVAC, water heater, and sump pump while preserving the spaces functionality. We also expertly painted every surface to bring life and vibrancy to the space. Throughout the area, the warm glow of LED recessed lighting enhances the ambiance. We enhanced comfort with upgraded carpet and padding in the living areas, while the bathroom and flex space feature luxurious and durable Luxury Vinyl flooring.
