This modern farmhouse powder room features a Fairmont Designs Napa 36" Farmhouse Vanity in Sanoma Sand, aFairmont Designs White Carrera Marble Top and a Fairmont Designs 24x16 Fireclay Apron Sink. The walls are ship lap painted white and instead of a mirror we installed antiqued mirrored glass. The combination of the mirror tile and the chandelier is beautiful!

If the exterior of a house is its face the interior is its heart. The house designed in the hacienda style was missing the matching interior. We created a wonderful combination of Spanish color scheme and materials with amazing distressed wood rustic vanity and wrought iron fixtures. The floors are made of 4 different sized chiseled edge travertine and the wall tiles are 4"x8" travertine subway tiles. A full sized exterior shower system made out of copper is installed out the exterior of the tile to act as a center piece for the shower. The huge double sink reclaimed wood vanity with matching mirrors and light fixtures are there to provide the "old world" look and feel. Notice there is no dam for the shower pan, the shower is a step down, by that design you eliminate the need for the nuisance of having a step up acting as a dam. Photography: R / G Photography

The design challenge with this stunning master bathroom was the limited wall space required to accommodate both a shower and a bath. The solution was to add the wall that you see on the back side, which is shared with the shower. The custom vanity features a mirrored glass panel cabinet doors and custom trim around the designer vanity mirrors.

This pink powder room (wall color is a custom color that started with Porter Paints Rose Pomander as the base) packs a lot of glamor into a small space. The vanity is a Franz Viegner Casablanca lavatory with a white ceramic bowl. The faucet is a Brizio Charlotte in Cocoa Bronze. This pretty in pink bathroom was inspired by the artwork. From there the gorgeous shade of pink paint (Resounding Rose) was selected. Fresh and fun accessories were added and the result is a super pretty, Spring inspired bathroom make over. This small space was just perfect for this bold shade of pink. It went from a "bathroom" to a conversation and a "Wow!". A space can easily be transformed by a simple can of pant and fantastic decor. This painting started it all! Inspired by the colors, the design bloomed.
