This rustic-inspired basement includes an entertainment area, two bars, and a gaming area. The renovation created a bathroom and guest room from the original office and exercise room. To create the rustic design the renovation used different naturally textured finishes, such as Coretec hard pine flooring, wood-look porcelain tile, wrapped support beams, walnut cabinetry, natural stone backsplashes, and fireplace surround,

This newly constructed open floor plan home with a large finished basement is ideal for this fun-loving couple. We were fortunate to be included in the very beginning stages of construction space planning to optimize room placement, layout, and spacing. From there, we worked side-by-side with homeowners and contractor in selecting all of the details from floors and doors to lighting and window treatments. These empty nesters love to entertain. Both the main level and the downstairs offer great flow. A bit of luxury was added in the master bathroom with this soaker tub and custom tile shower.

The full bathroom features an eye-popping painted vanity in Really Teal. The shaker style cabinetry also includes a topped bench for the additional linen storage. The vanity is topped with a wordform concrete from JM Lifestyles, for a waterproof rustic element.

Taking advantage of this bathrooms saturated and rich color palette, these vanity pendant lights radiate plentiful warm light into the space. Setting the mood, the lighting truly gives the bathroom its intimate feel.

We were so privileged to work with these clients who wanted to transform their bathroom into functional art. This metallic step sink was the perfect compliment to the copper hue's that run throughout the powder room. The sink really became the statement piece for this room that hopefully they & their guests will enjoy!
