Orange Patio Design Ideas

Remember the gorgeous Scandinavian-style kitchen transformation we completed for the Ferguson family recently? We promised we would be sharing more, and here it is!
In addition to the über cool modern kitchen, the team at Kitchen Craftsmen also worked to create an outdoor space perfect for entertaining, from summer BBQs to winter nights enjoying a wine. Using distinctive Polytec ‘Black Wenge Matt’ for the doors, and the same durable Polytec ‘Graphite Grey Createc’ cabinetry that was used throughout the kitchen, this alfresco kitchen is perfect for even the messiest BBQ king. There’s even a built in wine fridge!

Landscape design emphasizes the horizontal layers as we progress from the concrete patio floor up to the garden level.
This remodel involves extensive excavation, demolition, drainage, and structural work. We aim to maximize the visual appeal and functions while preserving the privacy of the homeowners in this dense urban neighborhood.

The previous year Finesse, Inc. remodeled this home in Monrovia and created the 9-lite window at the entry of the home. After experiencing some intense weather we were called back to build this new entry way. The entry consists of 1/3 covered area and 2/3 area exposed to allow some light to come in. Fabricated using square steel posts and beams with galvanized hangers and Redwood lumber. A steel cap was placed at the front of the entry to really make this Modern home complete. The fence and trash enclosure compliment the curb appeal this home brings.

Think about different levels This back garden space is lined with planters filled with low-level box plants, while taller trees and shrubs lead the eye upwards. As the plants grow, they will afford more privacy from neighbours – a valuable asset in courtyards, which are often overlooked, as small spaces usually mean close neighbours. - karenrosie

A fire feature and water feature combined make up the focal piece for the Lion's Gate hardscape. The backsplash for this feature is travertine. Hand carved in the center is a custom lion face made from Pennsylvania blue stone, containing a spout to release water. The border is hand carved out of Pennsylvania blue stone. and capped with Weston Cream. The design gives the appearance that water is shooting into dancing flames.
