This beautiful eclectic kitchen brings together the class and simplistic feel of mid century modern with the comfort and natural elements of the farmhouse style. The white cabinets, tile and countertops make the perfect backdrop for the pops of color from the beams, brass hardware and black metal fixtures and cabinet frames.

Another view of this great looking gray and white kitchen. Love the clean functional lines and how soothing the gray and white decor is with the wide plank hardwood flooring.

This inset Shaker kitchen has a very calming colour scheme, with the kitchen cabinetry painted in Slaked Lime Deep by Little Greene and the island in Pompeian Ash. The wooden floor compliments the colours beautifully as do the other touches in the room. The brass inset handles tie in with other small brass details, such as in the bar stools and lampshade.

The project was a close collaboration with the client, who came to us with a clear, simple brief- to maximise the height of the glazing on the rear facade, to give the illusion of a minimal roof construction.

Lots of clients come to us with the aspiration to link the inside and outside of their rear extension. We do this by creating a flush threshold detail with concealed drainage channels, in order to achieve a seamless transition between the interior and exterior.
Here we went one step further, by creating a void between the ceiling structure and the header of the large-format Virtually Frameless sliding doors by @1st_folding_sliding_doors. This gives the impression of the building having no definitive end point, instead merging as one with the garden.

Our client wanted a functional and striking kitchen and utility area spread across a long single wall with differing heights due to the mezzanine. A requirement was to have plenty of storage for a growing family, a large island with no seating, a large double larder, and to have a utility section with coat storage. The client wanted a traditional look to the cabinets which we achieved with cockbeaded frames and quadrant moulding for the door panels. The space is very light and bright due to the large crittall windows so the dark blue cabinets (Basalt by Little Greene) look great. Also, the exposed brick wall adds warmth.

This townhome kitchen was previously an eat-in, and the small L-shaped was cramped. By opening the wall to the family room and expanding the counters and cabinets into the former eat-in space, the kitchen became large enough to fit an island that seats 5! With wide walkways and plenty of room to move around, this kitchen can now host large gatherings. Simple white shaker cabinets and budget-friendly granite and subway tile made for an inexpensive (and timeless) renovation.
