Huntsmore
Huntsmore removed the tired and dated kitchen to replace it with a traditional styled kitchen. A marble counter top was fitted to give the kitchen a luxurious feel along with a large Belfast sink. A new double glazed timber sash window was installed as well as new cornicing which is in keeping with the building’s Victorian character.
The Kitchen Place
Built in the 1920's, this home's kitchen was small and in desperate need of a re-do (see before pics!!). Load bearing walls prevented us from opening up the space entirely, so a compromise was made to open up a pass thru to their back entry room. The result was more than the homeowner's could have dreamed of. The extra light, space and kitchen storage turned a once dingy kitchen in to the kitchen of their dreams.
Whitewash Studio Architecture
This rustic cabin is located on the beautiful Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama. It was constructed in the 1950's by Roy Latimer. The cabin was one of the first 3 to be built on the lake and offers amazing views overlooking one of the largest lakes in Alabama.
The cabin's latest renovation was to the quaint little kitchen. The new tall cabinets with an elegant green play off the colors of the heart pine walls and ceiling. If you could only see the view from this kitchen window!
Oliver's Kitchens
The brief for the kitchen was to create as much useable space as possible in a very small area, the client wanted the work-surface and floor to be dark wood, we sourced Iroko for this. We even managed to find reclaimed Iroko for the floor and create a truly one of a kind kitchen for the client. The placement of the sink and hob were important factors in the design of this kitchen - by placing them in the corners we created a lot of extra work-surface space. The curved cabinets create cupboards without the "dead-space" usually found in the corner cupboards of regular kitchens.

Sustainable Kitchens
Oak shaker style kitchen painted with Farrow & Ball Down Pipe. White metro tiles with stainless steel Smeg oven and hood. Parquet tiled flooring in herringbone pattern and hanging maritime pendant light complete this stylish kitchen. The sleek premium black honed granite contrasts nicely with the white metro tiles throughout. The high ceilings have been utilised to create narrow and tall units for extra storage in this small apartment kitchen.
