A new country house set in the outer parkland area of a Grade I Listed landscape. The property is a replacement dwelling, with the new house providing significantly more living accommodation, as well as an improvement in the quality of detailing and usage of materials. It is built in a traditional style utilising bespoke stonework for window surrounds, plinths and quoins from a local Cotswold quarry.

This 2-story living room features a natural stone 2-sided gas fireplace with custom white mantel. The large Pottery Barn chandelier is a fun touch. The floors are Brazilian teak sand & finish hardwood.

This sun-filled family room was created by enclosing an existing porch. Our design incorporated the following: a view of the landscaped yard, plenty of natural light, enough space for plenty of seating, and allowed sight and sound to flow into the adjacent rooms. The addition blends perfectly with the rest of the house and looks like it has been there all along!

The double see through fireplace complimented with mosaic glass tile has us in love. The sitting area has a sophisticated charm to the space that we just adore! We love how effortless all the furniture blends together.

The “Kettner” is a sprawling family home with character to spare. Craftsman detailing and charming asymmetry on the exterior are paired with a luxurious hominess inside. The formal entryway and living room lead into a spacious kitchen and circular dining area. The screened porch offers additional dining and living space. A beautiful master suite is situated at the other end of the main level. Three bedroom suites and a large playroom are located on the top floor, while the lower level includes billiards, hearths, a refreshment bar, exercise space, a sauna, and a guest bedroom.

The room is divided into two functional spaces. The largest portion contains seating for seven people defined by a large area rug. This area is perfect for watching a game, movie or enjoying company. A high-top table an chairs sit behind the seating area for easy television viewing or to play a game.

This historic victorian home was a warren of small, dark rooms. We opened the floor plan to bring light and enable flow. The two-sided fireplace enables just enough separation between the family room and dining room. A unique u-shaped addition at the back allows generous space for the cook's kitchen and houses utility spaces along the exterior walls.
