The deck of the condo was maintained but updated with the addition of a frameless glass railing, to add safety but allow for maximum views when seated.

The original stone retaining wall and the stucco retaining wall remained adding charm and character to this home. Once again, we continued the white exterior with the brown trim to the back house which could serve as an studio, office, or additional storage. New chaise lounge were added to the patio to relax and enjoy the Southern California weather year round. The levels between the retaining walls allowed our client to plant gardens of flower, vegetables, and herbs to use in the kitchen.

Someone built the deck on the wrong side of the house... So we were asked to switch them and connect them together while saving costs and using the same materials.. We were able to do so for the most par. We had to throw away some old boards and add some new boards, beams, posts and blocks. but we were able to complete it and our clients were super excited and happy with the work that we completed for them.
