A swimming pool/water feature, a main floor elevation high above pool grade, upper seating for two and a bbq, two lounges for sunning, an eating area, a gas firepit with seating for six, a fully plumbed stone change room/toilet, an outdoor shower and deep lush garden beds. Truthfully we didn't think it would work either, who knew?

Designed to entertain, this site was maximized to create an extension of the home. The project boasts a complete outdoor kitchen, multiple covered seating areas, a gas fireplace, outdoor TV's and state-of-the-art sound system, a pool, spa, and putting green. From daytime swimming to an intimate evening dinner party, followed by a late night game on the putting green, this backyard has something for the whole family to enjoy.

This area was sand when the home was purchased. One of the advantages of this home is that it has the most golf course frontage of any home in the development. We decided to use that to our advantage. We designed and installed this 100 foot pool along the west facing views and created privacy with plant material. We installed 8 fire pits and hidden linear water spillways in the walls. The patio is constructed of brick pavers and natural quartz stone. The patio furniture is from Kingsley-Bates.
