This stunning pool in Valparaiso, IN measures 20’0” x 40’0”, and is 3’5” to 6’0” deep. The raised hot tub measures 8’0” x 8’0”. Both pool and hot tub are equipped with LED color changing lights. The sunshelf provides ample sunbathing opportunities as it possesses 122 square feet of surface area. 3 color-lighted Bubbler jets adorn the sunshelf providing a vertical element. There are two swim up benches at either end of the pool, and the entry is provided in the shallow area by a large set of elongated steps attached to the sunshelf. There is also a 40’0” lineal foot infinity edge feature with spillover waterfall, with lighting in the lower basin for accent. Glass tile is featured throughout the pool, hot tub, infinity edge and face, infinity edge basin, and pool cover housing. The pool is equipped with a hydraulic, automatic pool safety cover. At opposite ends of the infinity edge are 2 custom premium black fire bowls with automatic ignition feature. The pool is finished in Wet Edge pool surface.

The generous patio areas around the pool are useful when entertaining large groups. The pool deck and other walkways and terraces are finished in custom beige Patterned Concrete with a rock skins texture defined by random rectangular saw cuts to give it a classic modern look.

Marble Plaster pool with brick wall and water scuppers. The gas lanterns are controlled by smartphone that sit on both ends of the back wall. Surrounded by travertine pavers with two inch thick travertine coping.

This project of ours is a pool in Massachusetts that offers plenty of surround seating and beautiful landscaping. The crystal blue water fills a fairly simply designed pool with round steps and a deep end swim out bench for relaxing in the deep end.

The classic timeless, highly desired Hampton shape pool with LED lightning and dramatic stage steps. This yard displays a Hampton like feel with a small-scale Bluestone patio surrounded by a considerable amount of grass. This backyard includes multiple entertainment zones including the custom pool house, the sunbathing area, the raised conversational lounge seating, the elevated dining area, and the grass area for children to run and play. This backyard flaunts the Bergen County, New Jersey outdoor living trend.
