The commission consisted of the design of a new English Manor House on a secluded 24 acre plot of
land. The property included water features, rolling grass areas at the front and a steep section of woods
at the rear. The project required the procurement of permits from the New Jersey Department of
Environmental Conservation and a variance from the Mendham Zoning Board of Appeals.
The stately Colonial Manor is entirely clad in Pennsylvania stone, has slate roofs, copper gutters and
leaders, and lavish interior finishes. It comprises six Bedroom Suites, each with its own Bathroom, plus
an apartment over the garages, and eight garage bays. The house was designed with energy efficiency
in mind, and incorporates the highest R-value insulation throughout, low-E, argon-filled insulating
windows and patio doors, a geothermal HVAC system, and energy-efficient appliances.

James Loudspeaker provided customized interior speakers that matched the size, and most importantly, the color needed for each room. This varied from an oak brown color in the study, to a mint green in the living room. Few manufacturers can provide speakers in any color like James Loudspeaker.

A cheerful, elegant and fun guest bedroom in what is known as one of "The Barbados ️Houses" in the historic district of Charleston, SC. The room is swathed in a tropical toile on the walls, windows and bed. It is quirky, yet elegant and a wonderful example of how different genres of furniture can be combined to surprise and delight. The bed, unseen in this photo, is an ornate brass canopy bed, early 20th century Portuguese. The circa 1930's French Art Deco Palm chandelier shimmers and sparkles, particularly at night as one walks through one of the most charming streets in Charleston. The acrylic desk is modern in material but classic in form...fresh and stylish and a bright, unexpected treat amongst the antiques in the room. The swirling pink Murano glass lamps are vintage Italian and a fun pop of color. A modern bright orange linen chair rounds out this welcoming guest bedroom!!
