This custom built luxurious home provides state of the art urban living on six levels with all the conveniences of suburban homes. Vertical staking allows for each floor to have its own function, feel, style and purpose, yet they all blend to create a rarely seen home. A six-level elevator makes movement easy throughout. With over 5,000 square feet of usable indoor space and over 1,200 square feet of usable exterior space, this is urban living at its best. The space was designed for my son Kix Atticus. We are a soccer family and Kix is OBSESSED with the "ball". I painted the soccer mural background and the triptych canvas paintings. We kept everything low cost with shelving and dresser storage from Ikea. The locker nightstands were purchased through KidKraft. The soccer bed was made by Kix's PawPaw. The kitchen is designed for two serious home chefs who often entertain guests for dinner parties. Merging the kitchen and dining room into a singular space was a strategic design decision to both foster their style of ‘chefs table’ entertaining, and also make the most efficient use of valuable floor space - a common consideration in most Toronto homes. The table becomes an island-like surface for additional prep space, and also as the surface upon which the meal is eventually enjoyed.

Designed for a young girl, this funky yellow and plum purple bedroom design is fresh and will last her for many years. The custom headboard, window cornices, and pillows as well as the ghost chair are a few of the details that pull the whole design together. Design by Buckminster Green Push to open storage for kid's play space and art room

This project was so much fun! The kitchen originally stopped where the glass window areas start and it was a crowded dining area full of items that didn't have a place to be stored in the smaller kitchen. By extending the cabinets all the way to the end we added more storage , more counter space and a more open areas to dine and hang out. Swing is by baboosf.com

Plain vanilla 1970's is transformed into a modern and spacious family home. Interior walls were removed to connect living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room, and an adjacent playroom, may be closed off with sliding doors. As exterior wood deck was replaced with a bluestone terrace, and the dining room floor was dropped down to align with the terrace, connected with large sliding glass doors.
