How do I change my large profile cover photo?

Go to your profile page and click the button in your cover photo that says "Change Cover Photo."
A window will open to change your cover photo. You can either select a cover photo provided by Houzz or upload a photo of your choosing.

For best results, a photo of 1200 pixels in width or more should be used for your cover photo.
