How Do I Subscribe To or Unsubscribe From Houzz Emails?
If you would like to adjust your Houzz email frequency, you can easily do this in your Houzz account settings.
To start:
1. Sign into your Houzz.com account. Hover over your business icon in the top right on your screen, and select Edit Profile and Settings from the dropdown menu.
2. On your profile edit screen, select Advanced Settings from the left menu.
3. At the top of this page, you can update your general email preferences — you can unsubscribe from only Houzz newsletter and marketing emails, or you can unsubscribe from all emails, including notifications. You can also customise your email preferences so you only get emails you really need.
4. If you select Customise Subscriptions and Notifications, you can uncheck the box next to any specific Houzz email you don't want to receive. This section includes content like the Houzz Magazine or Houzz Shop newsletters, personalised recommendations, Houzz events and industry news/education.
Click Reset to Default on the right if you want to remove manual adjustments and go back to default settings.
5. You can also adjust the emails you receive about user activity notifications. To make an adjustment, select the relevant option in the dropdown menu — you can select Every Time, Never, or a specific limit per day or hour (depending on the activity).
6. Be sure to click Update at the bottom of your screen to save.
You can also unsubscribe to Houzz emails from within the Houzz app, or directly from the email itself.
If you are using the Houzz.com app (not the Houzz Pro app), click on the Profile icon at the bottom of your screen. From within your profile, click the Gear icon at the top right, then select Email Preferences. You will then be able to adjust your email settings from our mobile website.
To unsubscribe from a specific email type, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of that email.
