How to Reach Houzz Pro Support
There are various ways to reach out to Houzz Pro Support to get all your issues solved:
Browse the Help Centre
- When logged into your Houzz Pro account, click the question mark at the bottom of your left navigation.
- Select “Go to Help Centre" to browse and search through the articles to find what you’re looking for.
- Click "Video Tutorials" to browse our tutorial centre of quick easy to follow videos of our Houzz pro features.
Submit a Support Ticket
*Currently only available for admins
- Click the question mark at the bottom of your left navigation.
- Select “Submit a support ticket.”
- A pop up window will appear in the bottom right corner
- Fill out the short form with the topic and a description and click Submit. A member of the Support Team will contact you within 24 business hours.
Submit a Request
1. Go to help.houzz.com/s/contactsupport.
2. Select your country and type of request and fill out the rest of the form. The more detailed your request is the better we can help solve the issue.
3. Click the Submit button.
