By default, reviews appear in chronological order, with recent reviews appearing first. With a Featured Review, you can choose to elevate your favourite review, regardless of when it was written. Not only can you select which review gets highlighted, but you can select a key phrase or part of the review that you’d like to boost to the top of your reviews on your Houzz profile, making sure that your most compelling customer testimonial is always centre stage.
How to get a Featured Review
1. Log into your Houzz account and navigate to your reviews. Scroll to the review you would like to feature. Click on “Feature This Review.”
2. Here’s the Featured Review editor. Select the text you’d like to feature. Then Click “Save.”
Then you’re done! You can feature a review on your profile and your directory listing in less than a minute.
