Scott and his team completed our rather large and slightly complicated carport/garage to compliment our existing period house facade. From the start Scott was very flexible with our requirements and through his knowledge picked up a design fault early on saving us both time and money. The build went smoothly and we were kept informed throughout. The carport is finished and looks great, even the building inspector was impressed. Will be using Scott for any future work and would highly recommend Summerwood Homes and Scott to others

I contracted Summerwood Homes to completely gut and rebuild our family bathroom. Scott’s professionalism and knowledge of the trade was first class. The job ran to time and budget and he saved me money by putting me in touch with his contacts in the business when choosing fittings and fixtures. Nothing was too much trouble when I made changes mid way through. I would highly recommend. Kylie

Have used Summerwood Homes because they were referred to me from a friend who had used them. We have had them complete our whole house renovation. We completed this in stages as we were sceptical as we have heard all the stories about different builders disappearing and doing dodgy work. After they completed the first stage we were more than happy to have them complete the rest of the house. There professionalism and skilled work was excellent and we had nothing but help when we had variations. They also helped us make some better decisions than the ones we were going to make which was fantastic. Quality was great and cost was great, really felt we received value for our money
