Family Fence

Christian came to give us an estimate for handrails for our front steps. He answered every question we had with patience. He made suggestions that demonstrated his knowledge and experience. The installers were professional and respectful. They cleaned up completely. We are very pleased with the handrails Family Fence installed and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Very friendly and easy to talk with on the phone, they were very helpful setting up a visit for an estimate. The gentleman who came gave me a brochure to keep and study, and was quick with measurements. We talked and he gave me some suggestions as to what might be a good design for my old bungalow. The estimate was written and specific, unlike other companies I had contacted. Family Fence is local to me, and I went to the office with questions and down-payment. I was able to change my choice for a fence and they immediately gave ma a revised estimate, and explained the different payment methods they accepted. They gave me the installation date, and told me they would take away the old fence. They also took care of contacting 811 for the marking of the gas line. They called the day prior to the installation to notify me of the time they would arrive. The installers were on time and did a clean professional job of installing the fence. The fence looks great! The office called the next day to find out if I was happy with the job, and let me know to call them with any questions. I am very happy with this company and recommend them!!

Highly professional from the office staff to the installers. Work was well done and property was left clean. Company went the extra mile and installed steel within the fence posts. Had previous work done by another company in the area and went to have this project done, but decided to use Family Fence when previous company did not answer emails or phone calls. Family Fence is so attentive and will answer any question with precision detail and care. Would always use and recommend Family Fence to friends and family going forward.

I had my front railings replaced. This project was one of the smoothest experience ever. Everyone was professional, polite and efficient The project was done timely and with no mess upon completion.

They did a nice job in a timely manner and were courteous. They were neat and careful in my neighbors yard.

On time, fair price, actually showed up. Had a guy come over to check if the fence I was building was going to go over any pre-existing gas lines, and that shows that they notified the town and did it all by the book, etc. without me having to lift a finger.

Pablo was very polite and professional as to what needed to be done. Went over the entire job with me when he and his crew showed up to do the work in the backyard. He knew what needed to be done in all aspects of the job and communicated with me throughout the day. Everyone worked together in doing a great job with a somewhat complicated backyard. I must also say that both Frank and Anthony were great to work with from an office perspective and did everything to get the job done in a prompt manner. Last but certainly not least, Tom who came out to see the job and gave me an estimate was very professional and not only sized up the work correctly but also made suggestions in certain areas where the neighbors fences, trees, etc would cause some modifications. It should be noted that my property's perimeter fence touches five different neighbors, so this was probably a little more complicated job in nature than most. Everything went very smoothly and all work was done in a very professional manner. Thank you Family Fence!

Top notch service. Professionalism on display frome everyone- sales rep Christian, Frank and his team in the office and the guys that came to do the install. Couldn't be happier. We were able to take advantage of a seasonal promotion which was great. Will be using FF again for some railings for our backyard staircase in the future too. Can't recommend this company enough. Chose them based off of customer reviews from a Google search and glad I did.
