Used car salesmen with no integrity.
Hold on to your pocketbook. Get everything in writing. Don't trust anything they say. Be prepared for surprising scope creep, massive project delays, and unfaithful negotiations. Get a legal contract in place that protects you from them (put in date protections, put in cancellation protections, put in price protections).
From the beginning of the project, they did a high pressure sales job to get me to sign the contract IMMEDIATELY to make sure I'd get an early installation date. They then delayed and delayed and delayed on the installation date. They kept expanding scope on the project. Due to how late they were, we wound up actually renting an excavator ourselves and doing work for them with their agreement. They agreed up front about how much they would compensate us for this work and then on completion, changed their answer.
Then, on the day they FINALLY said they would show up to start work, they abandoned the project having done 0 hours of work and leaving me completely in the lurch. The picture here is what they left me with. And the rationale they provided was pure fiction and they refused to pick up the phone and talk about their decision.
I've never worked with a company with less integrity. Hire at your own risk.
(Note: For this review I was required to include a project completion date. The most accurate completion date would be "Not Applicable" since they abandoned the project. But I had to enter a date so I used the date of their abandonment.)
