It was 5 years ago that Mike and Rebecca helped me complete my kitchen renovation plan. Their assistance and advice resulted in a kitchen today that I love and has zero feature disappointments.

My husband and I were looking around for a bathroom renovation professional. We had been at many stores before landing at Acco Kitchen and Bath. The welcome and attention we received when entering the store made us feel like valued customers right at the start. Rebecca, the designer, was very helpful with many ideas and colour choices. The two men that came to the house to do the renovation were extremely neat and tidy, leaving no trace of being at the house at the end of each day. They were also very personable and helpful. The workmanship was flawless. The tiles were perfectly laid, measurements of speciality items accurate and the final results were fabulous. |I have nothing but high praise for Acco Kitchen and Bath.

Mike and Rebecca co-ordinated a full design and renovation of our condo in downtown Ottawa (including a new kitchen and bathroom)while we are based in the UK. What could have been a very difficult thing to execute at a distance turned out to be a very positive experience with Acco delivering on everything they promised. We were delighted with the high level of professionalism,workmanship and overall sleek design that met both our time constraints and budget. Mike was excellent at communicating with us regularly using Facetime from site so we could be very much involved in the project (albeit from afar) and equally Rebecca kept us up to date on our design choices. I would happily work with this company again should the opportunity present itself- bravo Acco!

We worked with Acco on updating our kitchen. They had supplied the existing cabinets to the previous owners in 2005 and were able to create a major reconfiguration using most of the original cabinetry while adding complimentary pieces along with new counter-tops and back-splashes. Due to other work going on in the house the kitchen install was delayed a number of times. Despite this, Rebecca and Mike were unfailingly patient, accommodating and very fast to respond to requests and changes. Their post installation support has been amazing and we would give them the highest ratings and recommendation.

Acco recently did some work for me at my condo. They put a glass shower panel and safety bar in my bathroom, a new quartz counter top in my kitchen and installed an office for me in a small den. Rebecca, the designer that I worked with, was most helpful and made sure that I was happy with the final design. Mike, who did all the installation, was very professional and made many helpful suggestions. I received excellent advice and service from Acco Kitchen and Bath and the work was done in a timely manner. I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving them my highest recommendation!

We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the Acco team. Dealing with Rebecca, Fanya and Mike was a pleasure. They went above and beyond in design and opinions to maximize the space and use of our kitchen. Rebecca's design and colour choice are superb. Mike with his team did an outstanding job. The kitchen looks stunning and is functional. It turned out better than what we could have ever imagined. We couldn't be happier. Looking forward to engaging Acco in our next project!

We recently had a kitchen and two bathrooms renovated by ACCO. In a word, our experience was terrific. Working with designer Rebecca and owners Mike and Fanya made what could have been difficult projects easy. They were always helpful and fun to work with. We love the results and highly recommend ACCO.

I had a complete bathroom renovation done by the team at ACCO and I was entirely impressed with their professionalism and attention to the project. The design work was first rate and the project was installed within the timeframe agreed upon. I am thoroughly happy with the new bathroom and it has raised my enjoyment of my house considerably - resale value too. I would choose ACCO again for future projects!

April 22, 2014 We happened upon ACCO Kitchen and Bath on Richmond Road and immediately loved the design and quality of the ALNO kitchen cabinets on display. We also appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable owners, Mike and Fanya. Their assistance and guidance, along with Rebecca, the Design Consultant, helped us turn our kitchen and the rest of the main floor into a modern, sleek and functional living space. Mike planned and coordinated the scheduling of the tradesmen and everything ran smoothly and timely and the quality of the work was excellent. We would certainly recommend ACCO Kitchen and Bath.

I recently hired Acco for a complete bathroom reno and was thrilled with the results. I found the company to be professional, knowledegeable, and a pleasure to deal with. They gave good advice related to both construction and aesthetics. They also went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the final product -- for example, they looked for and found a specific type of tile I wanted. The results are just beautiful. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We had our bathroom renovated with new vanity, sink and and tap as well as anew TOTO toiet wth TOTO WASHLET S300 SEAT. The job was peformed on time as promised, in a very professional manner and turned otu to our complete satisfaction. We plan to hve additional work done by this firm ad can higly reccommend ACCO RENOVATIONS to anyone who is thinking of kitchen or bathroom renos.
