We have purchased two jacuzzi's from Allen Pools and Spas. The first one lasted over 15 years and we wanted a larger one which we purhased two years ago. Their installation was prompt and communication was excellent. Last year we had them winterize it for us, as well! Excellent job and no problems restarting it upon our return. They stand by their products!

We have had excellent service from Allen Pools and Spas. We bought a hot tub from them in 2008 and will bring our water in to be tested for free about once a month. We have had one service call during this time. We would purchase again from them.

I buy all of my pool supplies at Allen Pools and Spas. They are the only local company that carries Bioguard products. The service is good.

We have worked with Kevin and Kim purchasing and maintaining our hot tub and sauna. They are both so great we will never purchase anywhere else and have sent many friends and family members there . Love Allen pools and spa if you are even considering these are the people to go see.

Allen Pools and Spas has exceeded out expectations at every opportunity. Their customer service is outstanding. They have maintained our outdoor spa for 8 years, and have done everything possible to keep it in excellent working order! This is a second home for us, so having a company like Allen Pools and Spas on the job is very important!

Allen Pools and Spas has helped me create a getaway in my own back yard. My family has enjoyed 12 years with our incredible Hotsprings Tub.. it works like the day we purchased it. We also have 2 Splash pools, one at home and one at a rental house, both have functioned perfectly. The quality of service and support has been top notch, and they hire friendly people to man the retail store. Lastly, the fact that they have been in business for over 50 years is reassuring, I have seen many other pool related businesses come and go, but Allens is always there waiting to help. Commented: RoofHi Jay! We only provided the Big Green Egg- we were showing this wonderful idea of the table that the customer made for their Egg. We don't know anything about their roof- my apologies.
