Amelie assisted us with a color scheme based on a mid century modern motif. The ideas were well researched and thought out and in excellent taste. She is very pleasant, easy to work with and provided much detail in fitting the new color scheme into the existing decor. I give her your highest rating.

Amelie de Gaulle is a terrific and very well-trained interior designer. Indeed, I think of her as an interior 'architect', as her expertise is of the highest caliber. I have seen many of her designs from start to finish: I know she approaches each project with real empathy, not by imposing her tastes on each residence or commercial space, but but by meeting the needs of each client with real sensitivity and savvy. A real artist.

Amelie is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, very detail orientated, and has a way of being particular about her design styles without being overbearing to the client or tradesman she is working with. Having the honor of working for the cabinet builder who crafted many of these pieces in her book, I'm proud to have had the opportunity to work with Amelie. Can't wait to work with her again in the future!

Amelie de Gaulle is a talented designer whom I've worked with since 2000, making custom window treatments and bedding for Amelie's clients. Amelie's designs are couture and beautiful. Amelie hails from France, her design style is clean and contemporary, but she is able to work with traditional styles as well. I truly enjoy working with Amelie.

Home interior design of a kitchen, bedroom, living room, and music room of a "four square" home built circa 1910. We were extremely pleased with Ms. de Gaulle. She is very professional, an extremely talented designer, and very knowledgeable about design, materials, products, styles, and so forth. She is very good at listening to the owner's needs and creating designs that meet those needs. She is also excellent at working within a budget which was very important to us as we were trying to avoid taking out a loan for our renovations. There is no question in my mind that hiring her to work with us was an excellent investment in that we are very pleased with the results, remained within our budget, and saved ourselves a lot of time and hassle by having an expert such as Ms. de Gaulle introduce us to the options instead of having to do that tedious research ourselves. We are actually still involved in a project with her. I highly recommend her and am sure that anyone who works with her will be extremely pleased with the results. She is also a very nice person.

Amelie de Gaulle provides a wealth of knowledge in design, as well as a unique flair due to her international living. She is a pleasure to work with, and displays a keen sense of space, while her use of color palette and accessorizing shows she was well tuned to my personality and specific requests made during the initial and subsequent interviews/meetings. She has an eye for the unusual and brings the room to life. I recommend her highly.
