We recently renovated our 1960's house (with a very beige 90's colour scheme) and were a little lost on how to modernise it. We had lots of ideas, but were having trouble pulling them together to look cohesive. Ann really listened to what we wanted to achieve. In a very short session, she helped to hone in on the key elements, put together a great colour scheme from our cluttered range of samples, and made suggestions of room layout that completely transformed they way we use our new spaces. She was also very tactful in her approach to a few of our ideas that she could see wouldn't work so well - and she was right. We love the result and it is so us :)

Ann Foster from Designs for Living created a beautiful color scheme for our house. We were renovating an upmarket rental property that desperately needed a facelift. It was an extensive renovation of the older part of the house, as well as a large addition featuring a new kitchen, dining and living area. Ann guided us to beautiful colors for both the interior and exterior of our property as well as making our decisions for all the other surfaces very easy, saving us lots of time and angst. We live in a bungalow that had not been refurbished for 12 years, and was in desperate need of a “new look”. Having seen Ann Foster working with her clients, I can see exactly why they love her to bits. Ann is very caring and is a great listener. She treats all her clients with the same zest for the job, whether it is a small project or a larger project. It is amazing to see how she interacts with people and has them at ease in the first few moments.
