Kevin Rugee designed our dream home in Coronado, CA. From our first planning meeting until the last nail was pounded, Kevin was there for us! He listened to our desires; found a way to make most of them work and had just the right suggestions when our expectations were not practical. Kevin delivered on time and within our budget. We love our new home! And would love to show it off to any of Kevin's future customers.

Kevin is a high quality professional who was very responsive to our needs in desires in the design and development of our new home. Kevin was thoughtful and sensitive to what my wife and I wanted, and always gave us options.
