Mark and his team are the very best at what they do. Knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, they care as much as you do about the project and the security of the technical aspects of the project.

Mark is the best there is. I've worked with him twice in a decade to install all our entire AV system throughout the house. He's an expert in his field, not pushy in any way and beyond patient when it comes to answering every question at every hour. His tech was phenomenal and truly took the time to care that all the ceiling speakers were properly lined up and done in a neat way. And the audio system was properly connected, trouble shooting all issues along the way. His programming partner is also a wiz. Mark's demeanor is my favorite thing about him. He's a positive guy, who really wants to make your ideas come to fruition. I'm sure we'll work together a third time in the distant future.

I have been in business for a while with the good professional team at Ardent. They have always met up to my standards and the bar is rather high with me and often surpassed them. They have always addressed the project with the right calculus, fair minded professional and very capable effort consistently. Their level of service is for and about your needs as a client. I am a designer builder and will only work with them till given reason not too and I don’t see that happening in the foreseeable future from my perspective. Highly recommend.

Ardent upgraded my old Crestron System to Crestron Home. They also upgraded my home network and installed a new TV and Sonos systems. They did an outstanding job. On time and excellent communicators. Mark from Ardent was introduced to me through Lutron customer service as I was looking for someone to help me retrofit a Lutron Radio Ra2 automated lighting and air con system. Mark was great, he explained all the tech very clearly and made sure he had extra kit available on the day of install in case of need (at no charge unless used). He has since been very responsive for my follow up questions and add ons, which I have installed myself.

Mark and his team were prompt, fast, professional, and respectful of my home and family while the work was completed. The work was done thoroughly and they explained every step along the way. I will hire them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Mark did a fantastic job installing all of our blinds and curtains through lutron control. Mark always comes back to me whenever we have issues and is very thorough on rectifying. I can not fault ardent or Mark in any way and would be more than happy to use Ardent for any other jobs in future. he stands behind everything he does and gives me peace of mind with my significant expenditure on this product

Ardent was great from start to finish! They designed the system and components, handled changing of the project scope and final installation. Mark personally oversaw the job and made sure everything was taken care of at every step of the process. They installed a a full home Lutron Lighting system with smartphone connected lighting controls. I know it doesn't seems like it but it is the best home addition ever! They also installed in ceiling speakers throughout my home with Audio receiver/switcher and separate volume controls for all zones. For the finale, they designed and installed my 7.1 channel media system with 3D HD projection system with motorized drop down screen. I use the media room all the time and people love it. The whole system is hidden so no one even realizes it is there until I press a button. Well worth it!

Loved working with Mark. He figured out dead spots in our wifi we hadn't solved for years. Speed up our internet dramatically! Made the whole house wireless for music. They were quick, efficient, and did a beautiful job.
