Shaun and his team worked with us on our new build. Chris Pyle was our builder. We project-managed the build ourselves and Shaun was really supportive through this process. It was a great adventure for all! Shaun and Chris's knowledge of the industry and connections in the wider community helped us to manage a seamless build process. Chris was the master of perfection when it came to exacting the build - it had to be right for Chris (which is what you want in a builder)! shaun has a very professional team of quality builders. attention to detail was important to me, especially acoustic insulation and arise came up with efficient creative solutions. the extension fits the existing building seamlessly.

Shaun and the team did a fantastic job for us at our Bach in Ruakaka . They transformed an old run down house into something we look forward to visiting as often as we can. We contracted Arise Builders to build a new house for us. We had just been caught up with a company that went bankrupt, so we were being very careful. We were referred to Arise Builders and from day one never looked back. Shaun and his team couldn’t have been more professional and helpful in all aspects. We are completely happy with our new home thanks to Shaun.

Shaun Curtis and his company Arise Builders Ltd were recommended to us by our architect to build a "small house" at Waipu. Shaun was easy to communicate with and all his dealings with us were friendly, professional and stress-free. Dave Curtis, Shaun's father and project manager on our build, answered our telephone calls immediately and dealt with all our requests smoothly. The build was completed without any problems. The workmanship continues to be a pleasure to look at. It has been almost a year now since the house was completed and we have not had to go back to Shaun for any rectification of defects or maintenance.

It was my first time building a house and I didnt really know to much about it, but put my trust in Shaun and his team and was not disappointed. The work was completed to a high standard, he kept me informed along the way and was great to deal with. You cant ask for much more than that! Arise Builders completed renovations at my home recently. From the beginning they were caring and considerate of my needs. Nothing was a problem and they gave good solid advice. We started with a new wall across the hallway creating a butlers pantry and moved to a complete bathroom renovation where everything was changed. The same with the kitchen - its all different. Arise Builders arranged contractors who came when they said they would and together we've created a beautiful home from a very tired 1980's house.
