There is so much to navigate when building a new home, and I don’t know what I would do without Auburn Landing. From subcontractors to coordinating materials, problem-solving to practical day-to-day matters with running a construction site, best materials to use and what logistics makes sense, Ralph handled it all expertly and efficiently. He’s patient — it’s my first time building a house — and offers fantastic, realistic advice that makes the process smooth and undramatic. He’s gone above and beyond to ensure that my new house and its related infrastructure on my property are all beautiful, cohesive, and built to last. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Auburn Landing to anyone building or remodeling their home!

Jeff Andrews and his crew at Auburn Landing made extensive repairs to our home after it sustained damage from a macroburst tornado spinoff that felled 40 oak trees around us, one falling on the house directly over the kitchen. The job required roof and ceiling rebuild and repair, partial chimney removal, a total gutting of the kitchen followed by rebuild, extensive crack repair throughout the main floor of the house and complete interior prep and repaint. We could not have been more impressed with their work, their attention to detail, their professional guidance and advice as to kitchen design, materials and options, and their follow-through with all of our selections -- from purchasing to organizing deliveries and sub-contractors, installation of appliances, window, flooring, electric, lighting, cabinetry, counter tops, back splash, etc. Extremely professional operation with extra care taken to protect our property, all the while maintaining a surprisingly clean environment during the process. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work, not to mention the finished product, which far exceeded our expectations. Our home is not only as good as new, it is better than new. We also truly enjoyed Jeff and his crew. These are wonderful people to work with and a delight to get to know, which made this disruptive period in our lives much easier to bear. Auburn Landing has our highest recommendation.

Ralph Bosch of Auburn Landing was the contractor. He moved his oofice to the site and was there every day during the construction period. The project came in on budget and on time, thanks to his oversight. He attended 38 constructions meeting with the Land Trust Committee and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the project. He was sensitive to cost and found a number of ways to save money without compromising quality. He also serves as consultant to the Buildings Committee (which deals primarily with major repair and maintrenance projects, and the renovation of three classrooms) of my church. His professional experience has been invaluable. I would enthusiastically recommend Auburn Landings to any prospective client.

With water damage from SuperStorm Sandy we needed to gut the entire downstairs and elevate the house 10 feet. Auburn Landing to the rescue and they were awesome! Great team that dealt with obstacles and at times a crazy homeowner with patience and solutions. Project was finished on time and on budget.
