Avente Tile

Do not order from this company. They are no longer shipping tile. I placed my order in December, received an update in January and now cannot get anyone on the phone. Stole 3k of my money.

I bought beautiful hand-painted Spanish tiles from Avente. Bill was so easy to work with and the tiles came when/how promised. It was a great experience, and I recommend them highly.

I'm a developer, so I work with lots of tile vendors. I've used Avente twice, and they've always been great.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered the popular Aragon tile set and thankfully I only ordered a small quantity. I was sent only 2 tiles in the wrong color and it took me contacting them multiple times to get that. I have tried calling and emailing them to correct my order and have not received any type of response. Please consider this review a warning!!! The photo of what I ordered and then what I received.

EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Fairly easy to get a hold of. Product is absolutely gorgeous. Samples were sent right away, which was appreciated. However, I wish it was a sample of the actual tile I was interested in (they sent the same pattern and then a couple of other pieces to show the colors). Also, tile arrived later than promised which was a bit concerning. But overall very good.

This order was a difficult one for me, as my new cabin is currently being built, and new street/road and address made for even more of a challenge. I messed up my measurements when I originally placed the order. However, the seller worked with me day-in day-out to get it right after I messed up the measurements/order. And it was done with such professionalism, that I wanted to give this review and tell others how GREAT the tiles are once received, I love them and will share a picture once the completed project is done behind my stove. Thank you for the tiles, they will make a awesome back splash in my Blue Ridge Cabin. Beth

Avente was able to match almost exactly historic tile for a historic preservation project I am involved in. Quite an amazing feat! Very professional. Clear and prompt communications. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We wanted something different, out of the ordinary, for our utility (laundry) room. We were thrilled when we saw the "whimsical animal" tiles on the Avente Tile website. Not knowing the company, we had some questions. Even though our do-it-yourself project was very small, Bill at Avente Tile took time with us and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable (and an all around nice guy). Our tiles arrived on time and in excellent condition (they were packed very well). The tiles were of higher quality than what we imagined - and beautiful and fun. We are thrilled with the end product. Bill did an exceptional job on our laundry room floor. Taking our direction he was completely in tune with our vision. He laid out the black and white tiles perfectly and using black grout the room looks complete. We can't wait to see how Bill finishes our master bathroom. He is a perfectionist!
