We had an amazing experience buying and installing a 17’ hydropool swim spa from Bjorn. We love the pool. It arrived in November and we were in it every day through the winter. With a 6 year old at home and the pandemic restrictions the pool has been a lifesaver. Bjorn answered every question we could think of and is still answering my questions :)

We went in after receiving terrible service from Pioneer Pools. We ultimately wanted a pool. Our backyard was small and we didn't know if we could fit a pool. After having Preston come to our home to gage size and location she introduced us to the idea of a swim spa. It fit in our small backyard - with room to spare! Backyard retreat took care of everything! The best part is, we can use our swim spa all year around. We are happy and the kids are happy! Thank you Backyard Retreat!

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service at Backyard Retreat is amazing and this review is well deserved. I am beyond happy with my backyard design which includes pool, landscaping and patio furniture. Preston was always quick to respond to all my questions and concerns via email (and I had A LOT of questions) and she always made me feel at ease. The fact that Backyard Retreat is a small business made me feel valued compared to a bigger chain. I highly recommend this company!

Commented: Is there an auto cover on this swim spa? How is it mounted?Yes it was an atuo cover but we do not carry any longer. Try CoverStar Canada for assistance.
