Brentwood Builders is a full-service builder and remodeler offering design, remodeling, and new construction services for commercial and residential clients. Celebrating over 35 years in business, Brentwood seeks to delight every client with the construction PROCESS as well as the FINISHED PRODUCT! Our Beavercreek home was built in 1954-55. We desperately needed a bathroom up-grade, especially a walk-in shower with hand bars for us old people. Brentwood came to our rescue, and they did it with an awesome design and rebuild from the rafters out! Beginning with John’s design expertise, Mike’s job sight skills and the whole crews desire to please – we could not be happier with the “job well done”! The painter completed the finishing touches the afternoon before my knee surgery. When I came home from the hospital four days later, I could take a shower! (The old bathroom would never have allowed it.) Our heartfelt thanks to all the Brendwood Builders experts. You guys are the greatest! Hugs from Helen (& Joe)

We cannot recommend Brentwood Builders enough! We hired them for our custom build and they sure lived up to their mission to “delight the customer with the construction process as well as the finished product.” You hear many stories of unsatisfied homeowners during the building process but this was NOT the case with Brentwood. They allowed us to be a part of the process; which took patience on their part! John (sales) was informative and patient with us during the planning process and Doug (project manager) kept us up to date and was on site just about every day. We have a wonderful home and great friendships through this build, and for that we are thankful. You won’t regret choosing Brentwood Builders!

I have worked on new home builds with Brentwood Builders several times over the last 20 years. They are highly professional and great to work with. The quality of their work is top notch as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone remodeling, building an addition or building a new home.

I wanted to let you know we're very happy with our new and comfortable addition. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Our home was built in 1840 (Van Buren was president) and the design you came up with is a fitting compliment to the original structure. The job was completed early and within budget and I can say without a doubt that Doug is one of Brentwood's greatest assets. He kept us informed on a daily basis and stayed on top of all the details. Brentwood recently built a house for us. Through the initial design process the team showed an attention to both our interests and our budget. Through the construction process they were involved in each step as a variety of their trusted specialists carried out the plan. When mistakes were made, they fixed them quickly, and made sure to keep the project moving on, if not ahead of schedule. We heartily recommend Brentwood Builders.

Brentwood built a in-law for us with Master bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom with double sink vanity,family room, all with cathedral ceilings. All work was done very quick and orderly and with Doug in charge everything was done with a smile. Great communication with John in the planning stage and Doug kept us up to date on the "next to do stage."

Brentwood Builders is an excellent company! We hired them to do a complete remodeling of our home when we bought it. They replaced HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and rebuilt most of the rooms from the floor up. We wanted to stay on a tight budget, and they helped us achieve that by giving us choices of what we could get and the corresponding prices. I would highly recommend Brentwood Builders and plan to use them in the future.

We recently moved to the Dayton area and hired Brentwood Builders to build a screened porch (3 season) at the back of our home. They had been recommended to us by our realtor. We were impressed beyond our expectations with the quality of work they did. They worked very closely with us in the planning stages so that they knew exactly what we wanted. They were also extremely diligent about checking with us at each stage of the construction to make sure that we were satisfied and were willing to make changes if we asked. The site foreman, Denny, was very helpful and respectful and made sure that we were satisfied with everything at each stage and kept us informed of each step of progress. The finished product is a joy to us and an example of the excellent quality craftsmanship of the Brentwood construction crew. We highly recommend their work to anyone who is considering any type of project. Thank you Brentwood for a beautiful addition to our home!!! -Pictures of the project are available on the Brentwood website.

Brentwood has a great reputation for quality work and excellent customer service...and this is well-deserved. I've never been disappointed with any of the home remodeling projects they've done for me, including vinyl siding, roof repair, bathroom remodel, attic venting, electrical/ceiling fan installation, etc. I highly recommend this company for your consideration. Chad and Doug are GREAT!

I hired Brentwood based on a friends recommendation, I was very glad I did. Brentwood did a complete demo and reconstruction of my existing sunroom and added a large covered porch area, included in the scope of the project was an update to a bay window in front of the house as well as a complete tear off and reshingle of the entire house. I found everyone involved with Brentwood to be courteous and very professional from design to reseeding of the lawn. They went out of their way to please, suprising even me with some of the thoughtful finishing touches. Brentwood also does a great job with their subs, who I found to be equally as courteous and professional. I would most definately use Brentwood again.

Brentwood did a fantastic job with our master bath remodel. We worked with their designers to come up with an affordable and workable solution. I have used Brentwood Builders for 5 projects in our house over the past 9 years. They have totally remodeled our kitchen, and two bathrooms. We live in an old house, where nothing is level, and yet they were able to adjust walls, ceiling, and floors. They also worked on our side porch so that we could use it year round, and replaced flooring and built supports. The kitchen work was designed by a Brentwood employee. We have been continually delighted with the work that they have done, and if there was any follow up work that needed attention they were immediately ready to do anything that I asked them to do, even adding extra work. I highly recommend Brentwood for any remodeling project.
