We recently had our entire basement finished by BCM London. I cannot say enough about Salar and all his contractors. When I say they know how to get the job done, that's and understatement. They were always on time, so when they said they would be there, they showed up. The quality of work is exceptional, along with the quality they were really fast at accomplishing tasks. We had our 1400 Sq ft unfinished basement finished by BCM London. Salar and team were AMAZING. Large projects can be stressful, and the thing I most appreciated from BCM London was the level of communication. Salar and his team spent the summer months completely re-finishing our basement. They were referred by a friend whose basement was also finished by BCM London. After having less-than-stellar outcomes with past contractors, we were thrilled to find a referral whose work product was done with such detail and care. From the very start, Salar was incredibly responsive, friendly, and eager to tackle our project. The process was almost completely seamless and stayed right on schedule throughout the three months of construction. There are always hiccups when you're renovating anything, but any time we ran into an issue, Salar was on it immediately. And there was never a hint of frustration, which was nice because I can be pretty particular. But the team did such a great job that there really weren't many things to change in the first place. It's obvious that they pride themselves on their quality work, great customer service, and personal touch. We will continue to refer Salar to anyone we know who is looking for a basement remodel, and will of course utilize their services again for our next project.

We completed a full bath install in an unfished basement with BCM London. We had a great experience with BCM London and Salar Sayari. He and his team were nice and very professional. They took time to listen to our requirements and got it right the first time. He was also very happy to address any questions we had and explain all of the details. We are extremely picky on who we choose to come into our house and transform a blank slate into our idea. The BCM London team and Salar the owner and project manager of the company working with his father and brother understood our vision and with his what I would describe as a highly skilled crew of craftsman that exclusively work for BCM London, including tile, shower glass, carpenters and electricians renovated our gutted master bathroom from scratch into a little bit of heaven luxury hotel kind of master bathroom. I can’t express how pleased we are with this remodel. It didn’t feel intrusive. The crew is friendly and cordial and always came at the time that was communicated to us by Salar. Salar is obsessive, compulsive about details as we are and he effectively spelled out every detail of the build to his crew. There were no re-dos or mistakes. You can trust that BCM London will make your dream space a reality as they did for us.

My wife and I hired B.C.M. London to renovate our basement. After a long, grueling process of getting estimates, we ended up choosing B.C.M. for a select few reasons. Detail. They had the best and most detailed quote which included allowances so you know how much you’re paying for materials, they included all activities, milestones, detailed timeline, list of vendors, etc…We worked with Salar and team on the design/layout and it was such a smooth process. Salar really knows his stuff - he’s meticulous, detailed and very task oriented. Exactly what we were looking for! The devil is in the details and these guys absolutely nailed it. Everything from the paint, to the trim, electrical work, plumbing - it’s all top notch and very well put together. Communication. Every time I needed to talk with Salar, he answered. He answered ALL texts and phone calls right away, no matter the time or the day and always gave me the time to talk about anything and answer questions I had. Honesty. Contractors these days are….questionable. I never looked at B.C.M. as “contractors” - I looked at them as an established business that has an amazing presence doing remodels. Salar and his team were honest the entire time the basement was being remodeled. He gave us our allowances on materials, if we went below, he took it off the bill at the end, if we went above he would add it as a line item in the estimate and send me a copy. In short, you won’t be in the dark - you’ll always know what’s going on with budget as well as material costs. Hiring B.C.M. London was the best decision we could have made. You can’t get any better. I’m a DIYer myself and I’m very picky about things and I will say that I’m extremely pleased with their work and would be glad to hire them again! PS. They finished the work on time, they cleaned up after themselves with a professional cleaning crew at the end. :)

BCM London finished my basement and did an amazing job! I first reached out to Salar a few months after my daughter was born, 5 years ago. At that time, BCM London was one of many companies I reached out to for quotes. I liked BCM London the most as they had modern design ideas which fit my style the most. I have hired BCM London three times now - to finish a large basement, do a deck (something they no longer do), and completely remodel my master bath (basically they took it down to the studs and re-did everything.) I guess the greatest compliment is that I keep hiring them. I am happy to say that they are still excellent. Salar is responsive and helpful, always staying on top of the things. Their work is detailed and clean. They keep things neat and organized. Any problems that come up are solved with expediency. Would highly recommend!

This is our second project with BCM - Salar and his team. A few years ago, they renovated two bathrooms, including the master, and we were very happy with the experience and results. The BCM team provides upfront detailed cost estimates and timing, communicates well throughout the project, and works well with all aspects of the project - demo, rough build, drywall, tile, appliances, fixtures, etc. They also worked with us on ideas, providing feedback and input. There is no limit to the praise I could place on B.C.M. London for the work they did, from start to finish, on the complete overhaul of my master bathroom, master closet and master bedroom. Starting with the proposal/contract there was complete details, transparency, and adherence to agreements. The quality of the work staff and work done was top notch. I highly recommend BCM London LLC as they did an amazing job refinishing our basement and creating a suite for my parents to move into. He referred us to Avery & Home to help with the actual design (also HIGHLY recommend Megan and her design expertise,) and they worked together to finalize the design and logistics. Salar was in constant communication with us to keep us informed of next steps and any potential delays. I don’t remember it ever taking him more than 10 minutes to return a text message no matter when it was sent—he is amazing. We are completely thrilled with our bathroom and would not hesitate to use BCM London for any future renovations—big or small!

Salar Sayari was the perfect project manager. He saw a vision in our basement that I saw as hopeless. BCM London (owner Salar) recently completed our 2000sqft basement, taking it from concrete to a beautiful space. This included new bathrooms and a kitchen/bar area with custom cabinets and beautiful tile work and multiple living spaces. The work started before the contracted date and completed on time for a major event at our house. Salar is great to work with. He has a great team. He has worked with his contractors for years and was able to keep the job moving, even with COVID slowing inspections and deliveries. I give Salar and his team high recommendations for anyone taking on home construction work.

We could not have had a better experience than with BCM London and Salar Sayari. We had several quotes done for a kitchen renovation project, that included gutting the kitchen and removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the dining-room. Salar was one of the few people willing to work with the permitting process in the City of Atlanta, something which we insisted on. His quote was as far as $25000 less than the most expensive one we got, on a $50-60000 project, all included. His quote included everything except the appliances. We had the walls redone, the electricity and plumbing updated, the appliances changed places, the floor was changed etc... Salar and his employeesassoicates were a pleasure to work with. Salar answers his emails and texts quickly, and is always willing to answer questions clearly. The work started the day we had agreed on, and was finished on the day that had been stated in the contract. The work done was quality work, and was approved quickly by the City. We are very grateful to have had such a great experience for this project!

I don’t know even where to begin with this review of BCM. My husband and I are absolutely overjoyed with the work they did for us! This is a family business and we felt like family the way we were treated - they wanted to do their best for us and that’s exactly what we got: their very best. Each team that handled a different aspect of our project were craftspeople with honed skills and attention to detail. As our project involved disability adaptations, some of the work requested was unique. BCM handled it all and handed us a reno we could only dream of. For anyone considering renovations of any kind, do yourselves a favor and meet with them. They are special. They are professional. They are high quality. You won’t be disappointed.

We used BCM London to do a complete finish of a basement. I had about 6 quotes for the job, with most prices being about the same with the exception of one really low and one really high outlier. We chose to go with Salar because I felt that he displayed a level of professionalism and experience that gave me confidence about the process. We made the right choice as not only did the basement turn out beautiful, but Salar handled all the aspects as we would have expected. I would highly recommend using this company! We just finished up our basement renovation and my experience with this company has been wonderful! Salar is fantastic to work with. In the beginning, I had an idea of what I wanted my basement to look like and when explaining to Salar he listened and followed up on EVERYTHING I mentioned. BCM London recently completed a remodel of my master and hall bathrooms and the master walk-in closet. Salar, the owner, was always courteous, accessible, and willing to work with me to achieve my design goals. Any problem that arose was addressed promptly. Salar’s estimate was very detailed, with a breakdown of each component of the project. And, his flexibility regarding design, product, and vendor selections was a welcome change from other remodelers’ restrictive approach. The subcontractors were polite and hard working. I was impressed with the quality of Hector’s work and his problem solving ability. Israel did an excellent job with both the design and installation of my tile selections. And, Hilario saw that the painting met my expectations. I decided to keep the original cabinetry, and Salar and his crews worked with me to seamlessly integrate the existing cabinets with the new master soaker tub and shower. (I had very specific requirements for the new enlarged corner shower regarding height of pony walls, depth and height of the bench and design and placement of the niche and fixtures. The frameless shower door and glass panels required special consideration due to size and footprint of the shower.) The carpentry and stain matching was exemplary, and I now have two beautiful and functional bathrooms. The master closet shelving/hanger system was designed and installed to my specifications, resulting in a walk-in closet that is both well organized and multifunctional with adjustable shelves. BCM London was an excellent choice for my recent home remodel, and I plan to work with this company on future projects. If you wish to work with a company that respects your goals and ideas and provides quality work at a competitive price, you should contact Salar.

We just finished a full kitchen/living room remodel with BCM. They did a fantastic job. Salar was great at keeping me in the loop with what was happening as well as helping me coordinate other services working on site. BCM London finished our basement and it was an excellent experience. I was very nervous about finding a contractor that did high-quality work at a reasonable price and wouldn't take forever. From the very first contact, Salar was on top of things, getting an estimate back to me in record time. It's a family business so everyone works together well. When the project started, things progressed on schedule with minor setbacks (some caused by us and always understandable). I had to bring a contractor to check the AC unit and even he was impressed at the level of detail in their work. Salar was always reachable and ready to answer questions. He addressed any fixes we needed quickly and without complaint. I also LOVE that his crew leaves things clean and in great shape. We are very happy with our basement and would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough about Salar and his crew. They have honestly become like family. They have been working on my extensive renovations since May. The project got extended past the estimated date of completion as we had a number of weather delays and things beyond Salar’s control. I actually do not know how the cost of the projects compares to other companies because as soon as I met and talked with Salar I hired him. The subcontractors have worked for Salar many times. We had a lockbox on the basement door for the crews to come and go. I had heard horror stories of having construction crews constantly coming and going and the intrusiveness of it. My experience was the exact opposite. Other than the expected noise of construction I never felt intruded upon or bothered. All the crews cleaned up every day and their work was excellent. I liked the fact that BCM is a family company. Salar was always reachable and answered messages quickly. He was on site regularly to assess progress and quality. I now have an incredible new deck, screened porch and a finished basement. I should add that Salar dealt with my very difficult HOA, and also put sod down at his own expense when one of the machines used for constructing the porch caused a little damage to my neighbor’s grass. I really have no complaints and only the best things to say about my experience.

The team was in and out of our house throughout the project, we gave them access for when we weren't there as well as when we were, and they were always polite and respectful and we didn't have any issues. I could not be more impressed with Salar's workmanship, professionalism, and communication. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was to work with Salar, but I'll give it a shot: - Throughout the project Salar made numerous design suggestions that ended up looking great. - He always communicated to us when people would be onsite and what they would be working on. - If timelines had to change for any reason (and it was a large scale project, so it was inevitable that things would things would end up shifting to some degree) Salar was always letting us know ahead of time why and when we could expect the work to be complete. - When we had a question Salar was always quick to respond by text or e-mail. - There was only one time during the entire project where something wasn't finished exactly to my expectations. I texted Salar about it that day, he responded that night that he would have it taken care of. The next morning it was fixed up exactly like I wanted it. I only intend to work with Salar/BCM London for future remodeling projects. It was a great experience.

BCM expanded our living area by knocking down a wall. They also built two large closets. Our job was more of a challenge than average because our condo was built in the 50's and has plaster walls. It took extra work to make the drywall look good in one wall, but Salar insisted on getting it right. This is a family business with great communication and a warm , personal touch. We hired BCM London for a project in our loft. It required Carpentry, Mudding, Sanding,Painting and Electrical skills.The project was started on time and took two days longer.
