Current Project: We are on our 3rd project with BMS. What I absolutely notice the most is that when my wife walks into talk shop, nobody talks down to her like she is some pretty little housewife who is over her head. Lowes, Homedepot, alliance...they all have been horrible when she goes in by herself. And I would love to see them work half as hard or as skilled as she does. Millworks prices are on par if not better, they deliver to your house..definitely worth checking them out. If Hardware Sales is the ruler of hardware, these guys are the go to for Millworks. Earlier Deck Project: I am in a lot of homes for work and every home that had recently built a deck themselves had only one recommendation, Bellingham Millwork. After 6 people you kind of pick up the trend! We were so blessed to end up working with Tim, who was always patient, kind and helpful when we screwed up and needed help with materials. They delivered everything to our house for free. For reference, we bought all our deck lumber, fastners, decking, railing and windows from Millwork.

I ordered a full kitchen cabinet set and two bathroom vanities. The kitchen had a dual sink called for in the plans but the guys who came out to do the countertop template told us there was not enough room for a dual sink, and we ended up with a single sink and no price concession. One of the bathroom vanities came in with the drawers on the wrong side and then when the correctly built vanity showed up we were then told the plumbing was in the way. We should have been told this from day one. Then we were told we couldn't have three full drawers because of the sink location and the plumbing location and that a three drawer vanity was never ordered. That explanation is a bit strange because the incorrectly built vanity has three drawers and the correctly built vanity also arrived with three drawers. When I called the two owners, the first conversation ended with "I'll call you back" and no call ever came and the second one ended with "I don't know anything about your problems and don't have time to talk to you." A third conversation much later with the general manager also ended with "I'll call you back" and that call never came either. We received a small refund with regard to the single versus double sink we were promised and paid for, but it's important to note two things. First, we were never offered that refund. We had to demand it. Second, that refund came months after the incorrect sink was installed. What should have been a few weeks to completion turn into months. Do business with these folks at your own peril.

Purchased MC cabinets through this company. Opted for this instead of custom cabinets because of the promised 3 week delivery. Cabinets were actually delivered in 6 weeks, could of had custom cabinets built for about the same price and delayed timeline and would have gone that direction had I known how bad the service was going to be. Cabinets were delivered 3 weeks late, missing a set of cabinets and trim. No follow up initiated from store to ask how did the install go, was everything acceptable etc., I had to do all the follow up and report to vendor missing and damaged items. Felt like I was a problem customer for reporting missing and damaged items and being upset about delay in promised timeline. Took a full month to get missing parts installed, skipped having the missing cabinet delivered because I didn't want to further delay granite and appliances. Would not recommend this company to someone looking for cabinets.

The employees are always polite and willing to help with any size project. Deliveries are on time, complete, and of high quality.
