I recently reached out to Better Kitchens & Bath because the Cabinets they installed in my home are pulling away from my wall by an inch and a half. The cabinet is pulling our countertop away from the wall and our stove. The type of work that this company does is unacceptable.

We're sorry that your installation did not perform without issue and hope it was corrected to your satisfaction. While we are disappointed that you felt we deserved a poor review, we would like to take this opportunity to explain how this can occur for those reading. We have seen this happen mostly with new construction homes that have a large center island and very heavy stone tops. The weight of the island can cause vertical movement in the floor which can cause the perimeter cabinets to rock and separate from the wall over time. We do resecure them and add additional blocking, but the best solution is to add an additional pier support under the floor at the island. You can test this by setting a marble on the floor at the wall, you'll find it will roll towards that island. Also, glassware shaking inside of the wall cabinets can be an indicator that more support is needed in the island area.

We recently finished a complete renovation of three bathrooms in our 23 year old home using BK&B. Dan Wines was our designer and project manager. We worked with Dan extensively on the design of the bathrooms and the selection of materials and fixtures. His expertise and experience helped us through the decision making process and his suggestions were always spot on. As a project manager, Dan kept in constant contact with us regarding the scheduling of our projects and he was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. We are extremely happy with our new bathrooms and highly recommend BK&B and Dan Wines.

The folks at Better Kitchens and Baths are wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. While their showroom is not huge, it certainly packs a punch. There are plentiful options for all budgets of kitchen cabinets. What's really wonderful about the staff here is that they are not trying to oversell you on anything; rather, they look at what you want for your kitchen now and resale value of the goods and help you make the most informed purchase. I would recommend anyone to get their cabinets and kitchen goods here!

This company assisted in a kitchen make-over without any major construction. The instore displays helped in the decision making process of what type of cabinet styles to choose from. There are a great number of decor styles represented in the showroom. This is a family operated business that took great care in getting to know what the customer wanted. They were also professional in handling any little issues that came up at the install process. Some of the door fronts and drawer fronts needed to be replaced because they did not meet up to my expectations. The overall experience went well and I would highly recommend this company to friends and family members.
