Got to my home quickly, gave a fair price for replacement of hot water heater, and was able to do the work within a couple of hours. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Liked the way the young man worked and explained things to me as he did the installation.

My 14y/o water was beginning to leak and I contacted four companies for quotes. Bluefrog provided the most comprehensive proposal replacing at the best price. They proposed replacing my faulty valves, faulty saddle valve and tank with a new AO Smith tank. Giddian provided excellent customer service and promised he would stay until the job was done. They cleaned up a messy builder install, added high quality valves were very professional. They stayed until past midnight so everyone could have a hot shower in the morning. I would definitely use Bluefrog plumbing again and have recommended them to others. The owner is former military and started this franchise after frustrations with other local plumbing companies hidden pricing and warranty add on pitches. The staff are not incentivized to up-sell for commission like many firms and they still provided above and beyond support and most importantly gave us a quality install.

Bluefrog came out the same day I contacted them to fix one of the valves under my kitchen sink. I needed to replace the faucet and the technician (who I believe was also the owner) walked me through the steps after he finished with the valve. Very quick and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

So far, this company has impressed me more than any other of its type. Gideon and his apprentice were courteous and honest. Gideon is a top-notch plumber, and both of them were dedicated to solving my problem the same day. It has been months since I had the work done with Bluefrog, but I am writing this now out of respect for the company and its employees. They will be my first choice if there's ever another plumbing problem I can't handle.

Extremely helpful and professional. Everything was done as promised and completed in a timely manner. They made an extremely stressful issue in an emergency situation much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend Blue Frog and will not hesitate to immediately call them again if the need arises
