It’s been a month trying to get these brothers to fix the sliding glass doors they installed. Still waiting. This is the only good thing I can say!

Bourque Brothers Inc. is a company that I highly recommend for any construction work! They are extremely professional, neat - cleaned every single day! There wasn't a scratch on my floor nor walls. Their team is knowledgeable, on time, and over the top nice! There was never an issue and their workmanship is beyond exceptional. I will definitely be giving them a call for any of my home issues in the future.

BEWARE! The owner DID NOT SHOW UP for a scheduled 2 day project, and did not have the courtesy to contact me ahead of time. Also, Tim did not answer calls, texts, emails, or return voice messages over a 30 day period! Bourque Brothers had completed some work for me last year, and although there were a few minor issues, I was still willing to work with him since they were easily fixed. On March 30, he came by to discuss more work to be done and scheduled me for May 15th and 16th. As I mentioned, he did not show up. On May 16th, I called from someone else's phone two times. The first call was a bad connection...I was speaking and no response. I waited a few minutes and tried again, and they did answer. He says he is now doing contracting work only and his guys are "all tied up" and he would not be doing "handyman" work. I replied that he should have had the courtesy to contact me ahead of time, and his response was "you are right". My advice is to be careful, because if a better job comes along, he may leave you hanging too! The work in May included bathroom ceiling replacement, fixing doors, replacing interior doors, painting, electrical work, and other items. I also spoke with him about remodeling the kitchen in the summer. So, this was not a minor project. Regardless, in my opinion, anyone who ignores their customers, disregards their commitments and blatantly disappears is UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Project scope included replacing all door and window with wind-resistant products and a major renovation of the house interior, including kitchen and bathrooms. The five-month project was completed on schedule and on budget! Tim Bourque and his on-site project manager Gerald Kline were a pleasure to work with. All City inspections went smoothly. Of special mention is the craftsmanship of intricate millwork in the ceilings and custom cabinetry. Our experience with this firm was first class. We would hire them again. We have recommended them to several friends and neighbors.
