Cabinet Concepts did a wonderful job on our cabinets! We get many compliments on them and are very happy with our remodel.

I have worked with owner Tom Faurote and son Brad for about 10 years with a few kitchen and bath renovations. They have always given me very good service and good advice. I like them because they carry box cabinets, semi custom and custom cabinets. They also have access to a local cabinet builder and have a large warehouse where they store products. Their installers are top notch and Brad has access to a great countertop company and was able to get their top installer. Good Company.

We recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen and we are so glad Cabinet Concepts was recommended to us! Their showroom is incredible and I got some neat ideas from it. Brad was easy-going and professional during the entire process. I may have tested his patience with design changes at the start but he assured me it was no problem and the computer layout helped a lot in visualizing the final project. The installers obviously knew their job and were also very professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. Cabinet Concepts worked well with our contractor, which we appreciated very much, especially when they had to brainstorm ideas for a custom stainless steel piece under the corner vent hood. All remodels have some glitches and this one was no exception. The first month clicked along like an HGTV show, but then there was a problem with the countertop. I told our contractor about a poorly done seam (where there shouldn't have been one anyway) and he relayed the message to Brad, who immediately called and asked for a photo. As soon as he saw it, he said "you'll get a new counter" - this was such a relief to me (esp after my experience with another company during the bid process)! No argument, no excuses, no trying to convince me it was acceptable - he just focused on getting it done right (with no seam). That did delay our completion a little over a month - but I had a 'working' kitchen by a deadline I told them at the start. The kitchen is gorgeous and so functional - we love it and have had so many compliments! Thank you Cabinet Concepts!!

We had the pleasure of working with Brad Faurote and Cabinet Concepts on our kitchen remodel. What drew us to Brad was his attention to detail, his patience with us as we worked to finalize our plans, and his unique design ideas that helped to create the kitchen that would work for us. As the project began it was clear we had certain issues due to the age of our home but Brad was there for us every step of the way helping to guide the choices that needed to be made. The cabinets and quartz counter tops are beautiful and well designed. Our kitchen is now a welcoming place in which our entire family can gather to make dinner or just enjoy a snack. We are very happy with our new kitchen!

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel. Our house was built in 1960 and the kitchen was original. We wanted to open up the space to gain light and connection to the breakfast nook without changing the footprint or removing walls. Brad proposed removing a set of upper cabinets and re-configuring a side wall to re-gain the lost storage. We replaced everything except the flooring and the cabinetry matched it perfectly. We used the subcontractors he recommended and were equally happy with them. He was always responsive to our questions and eager to help us realize our vision for the final product. Our project included Holiday Cabinets and Cambria quartz countertops. WE got a very high quality result with all the custom details we wanted.

Cabinet Concepts recently replaced the countertops in our kitchen, added kitchen outlets, and replaced the cabinet door and drawer fronts in three bathrooms. Throughout the project they were customer focused; professional; listened to our questions, concerns and comments, addressing them and resolving appropriately; helped us pick out the right countertop and cabinet pulls to fit our lifestyle; and, ensured that our new bathrooms fronts were an exact match to other stained wood in the home. The electrical contractor was excellent and we would use them again for other electrical needs. Overall, the combined work effort, personalities, communication and end results made this the easiest remodeling project we've done in a very long time. We have recommended them to several relatives and friends and only wish we had another kitchen or bathroom to remodel! They are outstanding and we would definitely use them again.

Brad was great in listening to what I wanted for counter tops and cabinets. He verified the color of the counter tops before placing the order, which I liked. He returned phone calls promptly and came to the house when the products were delivered to be installed. His installers, Mark and Ted were fantastic. They were proficient in their work, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt in arriving to the job site. Work areas were kept neat and clean up was done well. I would use Cabinet Concepts again for future work.

I love our newly updated bathroom! I feel like I'm walking into a spa each time I enter the room. I had some ideas and those ideas for the cabinetry and countertops were respected and enhanced by Brad. All the technicians and installers were professional and so easy to work with both on the phone and in our home. I would consult with them again over and over . Brad is the key to their success both as a scheduler and coordinator and his sense of what we needed was amazing!! His ability to listen and design what we wanted was wonderful! Such a great experience!!!!

Our experience with Cabinet Concepts was remarkable. We were able to visit their expansive showroom and see many samples of cabinet design and colors to help us finalize our selection. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient from beginning to completion. They also offer a showroom to view larger cuts of their countertop materials, which really helped to visualize the final design.
