Bradley Signature Pools

This is the second pool we built with Bradley Signature Pools. He designs fantastic pools and builds it the same. I have built plenty of pools and no matter who builds it issues come up. Brad stands by his pool and resolves the issues that come up. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pools. For me the most important thing is that he is trustworthy and wants to build a pool he is proud of. Highly recommend him and his company.

I'd like to say up front that we're generally happy with our pool. The finished product looks great, but we've had some issues. Unfortunately the experience has been tainted for us, generally by a lack of follow-up and a disappointing approach to customer service. Let me give an example. Whilst our house in on city water, we have a well on the property. During the process we asked if we should hook the pool up to the well, or city water. Bradley's response was that well water was hard and that we should allow it near the pool. Nevertheless, his team went ahead and connected the 'auto-fill' to the well, so over time the water in the pool became increasingly hard and started to cause some issues. We approached Brad about it, when we realized what had happened and were surprised when he recommended that way pay someone else $85 to have it fixed. There are other examples, we've had issues with our patio, our planter and the lights in the pool and each case either nothing, or the bare minimum has been done to resolve the issues, most commonly we are left to deal with the contractor or the company in order to have the issue fixed ourselves. Bradley builds high-end pools. He's not cheap and he shouldn't be, but in our experience a high end pool didn't come with high end service.

Before we decided to work with Brad, we received a few other quotes from other builders around town and their designs. We really didn’t know what exactly we wanted other than a pool! From the moment Brad stepped foot in our house and asked us a few questions he knew exactly what would fit with our house. When the renderings came back, we absolutely loved what he came up with. The finished product is even better - looks like our pool has been part of our house all along. The process was seamless and the workers were great to work with. They respected our property and did not tear anything up while construction was taking place. There was one minor misunderstanding between us and Brad - but all was fixed and we are 110% pleased with our decision and cannot wait to use our new pool!

What a pleasure working with Brad! The pool design he came up with was exactly what we were looking for. His staff was very diligent and respectful of our property. Only a few challenges with stone work around the pool (stone supply) for planter boxes, but every project has a challenge and Brad handled it professionally and completed the project on schedule. The pool equipment he used (Pentair, DE 60 filter, Pentair lights and cleaner) are top rated. We've had multiple visitors comment on the quality of the work Brad did for us, and the price was extremely reasonable. We've had the pool operational for almost a year now, and have enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend Bradley Signature pools.

Pool greatly exceeded expectations. The initial bid seemed a bit high, but when we saw the finished product we felt we got a bargin. Brad seemingly will do anything to make his customers happy. We asked for nothing that he didn't deliver. His crew worked hard and steady. Don't believe they missed a day.

We hired Bradley Signature Pools to build our pool in March of 2014. First off, Brad did an AMAZING job designing our pool to fit seamlessly with our back porch and yard. If you look at the pools that Brad has built you'll notice they're all very unique, unlike the big builders that seem to all be some kind of free form style. Brad completed our pool earlier than the date he promised in the contract and actually stayed late several evenings in a row to have it completed by our daughters birthday party, which made it a very special day for our family. Brad sets good expectations and always kept us up to speed on what was completed and what's still ahead. Since Brad is a smaller builder you get the personal touch and experience you would expect. The price for our pool was VERY competitive and he even added a few additional features to our waterfall because it worked better for our design. Almost 2 years later Brad still makes himself available for questions if something comes up too. We absolutely love our pool!!

Bradley Signature Pools built my pool in a timely fashion. All the workers were very respectful and worked very hard. Brad was our main point of contact and was very responsive, friendly, and upbeat. He also solved the few miscommunications that came up in a very timely fashion. Our quote was competitive with other builders but we ended up with a much bigger pool and nicer amenities.
