About Us

Cloud 9 Audio Visual is based in Toronto but we work throughout Ontario and Quebec. We are a team of professionals that take great pride in helping home owners and businesses with their audio video needs. In business since 2002, we have grown slowly through word of mouth. We are extremely proud of the work we have done and cannot thank our customers and trusted business partners enough for the continued trust and relationships. We now operate from multiple locations throughout Ontario and Quebec.

We are an award-winning architecture and design firm in Toronto (Dubbeldam Architecture + Design) with extremely high and exacting standards. We've worked with the team at Cloud9AV almost exclusively for more than a decade. They know their stuff, provide excellent customer service and for that outstanding service provided, are fairly priced. They stand behind their work and the products they provide. We've never had a client who was unhappy with their work and they meet our rigorous standards every time from in-home AV and security systems to commercial clients they deliver above expectations. We highly recommend working with them!

It was a sound decision we made as a church to hire Cloud 9 AV for installation of the sound system. Right from the call to Kevin, who has sent us an efficient technician Dave who visited the church as well as explained in detail with patience the best equipment needed for the church. The pricing was perfect and much much lower than we anticipated, however not compromising with quality. Amazing and hats off to the team. Finally I will need to give a big shout out for Rob and Harris who installed everything neatly, seamless and with no wires seen outside. Overall 3 best qualities to define the Dave, Rob & Harris - knowledgeable, patient and efficient Finally excellent team and company to work with for any sound system needs. Way to go guys and all the best. Jeff

I used Cloud 9's services during a main floor renovation and was very pleased with the end result. After an initial discussion, Jeff provided a detailed plan based my AV requirements. His team coordinated with my contractor during various stages of the project and installed all components in a professional manner. The ease of use and the quality of the products used was very pleasing. Any follow-up questions were answered promptly and tech support, if required, was always available. I would highly recommend Jeff's company to anyone undergoing a renovation where AV components are being considered.

We hired cloud nine to do telephone, tv and Internet wiring through a house that we did a complete renovation on. They also installed a multi-room audio system and outdoor security cameras. From start to finish Jeff and his entire team were completely professional and reliable. Jeff spent time going through all of our options and helped me decide what would work best for all of our needs (and wants!). At the time of installation, the Cloud 9 team efficiently installed everything and were extremely accommodating to our changing timelines. Out of all of the trades and professionals we worked with throughout the renovation - Cloud 9 was the best, and my favourite! I have highly recommended them to multiple friends and will continue to do so!

Cloud 9 AV planned and installed a complete home AV system for me, including two flat screen TVs and four Sonos sound zones. I am thrilled with the result - great sounding music in every room that I control from my phone, with no wires in sight. Jeff and his team were extremely professional and creative problem-solvers throughout the process. Thanks to James and Dave for returning twice to get my TV in the exact right place and to Kevin for sourcing perfect in-ceiling speakers for my kitchen. Of the many indulgences I made in my two-story "to the studs" renovation, my Cloud 9 AV system is what gives me the most joy every hour I spend with my family in the new house. And considering the great service and products, the price was very reasonable!

Cloud 9AV provided the most professional quote and clarification of options ever received by a potential contractor. They installed all our AV systems, including TV, sound and enhanced internet. The SONOS system has provided exceptional sound and ease of use. Everyone involved, from those who provided demonstrations of system options through to the installation crew and support staff were delightful and helpful. They made complicated tech seem easy and continue to provide support for their products.

Hired this company to do an install of a wall mounted HDTV. The installer, Kevin Gibson was a consummate professional. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the work was excellent. We are still enjoying the set up and will not hesitate to use this company again for our future AV needs.

Jeff's team was involved under tight timelines, quickly got up to speed on what we were looking for and provided a simple and clear quote for the solution they proposed. Our home had other trades/contractors working simultaneously and the Cloud 9 crew worked amongst that renovation chaos to get the AV job done properly...the first time. Upon completion of the technical work, Jeff followed-up to make sure we all knew how to use the new equipment that was installed. And the whole family has been enjoying the new set-up ever since. Thank you Cloud 9!

We worked with Cloud 9 while doing a full renovation of our main floor. The work included in-ceiling speakers, entertainment system, bell/rogers wiring, ethernet wiring, rooftop antenna. Jeff provided excellent guidance during the initial consultation and helped us plan out a system within our budget without upselling equipment that we didnt need. Costs and scope were fully transparent. During the installation the installation crew was on time and professional, and were able to quickly integrate the new systems with our existing systems. We could not be happier with the end result. Excellent modern system, easy to use, great quality, love it. Would highly recommend.
